Okay so this product only had 4 stars so I was back and forth about getting it but after reading a few of the good and bad I decided to try it out. I’m all about clean. I got this product in today and used it for my 30 minute jog.
The taste and color are as they say (not excellent), but since I was expecting that, it wasn’t terrible. I don’t want my stuff to be a crazy color anyways since that usually means added crap I don’t need. The taste wasn’t that bad, it just lacked sweetness. If you’re looking for a sugar explosion in your mouth, this isn’t the stuff for you. I liked that about it though. Plus could always add some stevia or something to it. I think that’s my only down side to it. It uses cane sugar (organic). Could have used stevia or something. It did give me some STABLE and STEADY energy and focus with no jitters.
I recommend the product. (I have used zip fizz, C4, beachbody pre workout, etc before)

So buying this product vs buying from a local health food chain is a big difference. The Amazon version is filled with sugar and hard to dissolve. You can chew the sugar after mixing. The real version I have purchased twice from Sprouts and dissolves in water like powder should. I wouldn’t recommend this until Amazon verifies its not counterfeit.

2nd time ordering this! If its the fake sweet taste that you are looking for and you are used to this may not be for you. But natural and pure beats taste for me in this instance. Good buzz without giving you a racing heart like others that I have tried!

I am so excited to have found this energy drink!! I’ve been doing Beachbody workouts for a couple of years & used to drink their Energize. When they changed it I noticed I was having a bit of a reaction to it – hot mouth, itchy tongue, tingly throat. I have a sensitivity to artificial sweeteners & some of the “natural” ones like Stevia. So, now I don’t have an energy drink. With some workouts that doesn’t matter, but some are intense enough that I would start to fade about 45 min in. I did some research & several workout sites recommended the Garden of Life Energy drink since it’s all-natural & organic. I’m sure my Beachbody Coach will fuss that it’s sweetened with Cane Sugar, but I think it’s great! It’s a tad grainy since I can’t seem to get it to completely dissolve. I got the Blackberry flavor & really enjoy it. It reminds me of the berry-flavored Emergen-C, so if you’re familiar with that you’ll know how this tastes. About 30 min after I drink it I don’t feel an excessive amount of energy or the jitters or anything. I do, however, totally crush my workouts! I finish strong & don’t feel like I’m going to just fall on the floor! I’m very happy someone made a good quality sports drink with real ingredients! I’m looking forward to trying the Blackberry Cherry next time!

Let me start by saying I purchased this exact product from sprouts first, loved it, tasted fine( nothing great) but the energy was amazing. Lasted and didn’t upset my stomach like coffee does.
So I decided to see if amazon had it for cheaper as we all do with everything. Well as soon as I mixed it in the water I thought this seems completely different than the last one I had bought from sprouts. Tasted more sugary and just not the same. Also upset my stomach and barely gave me any energy so I knew this wasn’t the real product.
so I went to sprouts and bought the same exact one and compared (Please look at my picture) and it’s incredibly obvious that they are not the same product. Clearly there’s tons of sugar in this, or whatever those little crystals are. I’m just assuming all sugar.
DO NOT BUY THIS IT IS NOT THE SAME ONE, SPEND A FEW MORE DOLLARS AND GET THE REAL PRODUCT IN A STORE. I get mine from sprouts and I’ll never buy this brand from amazon.

More effective on an empty stomach. I take this for regular energy. Its not the amp like intense chemical pre-workouts. Does help with focus. Although I think there is some diminished effect with repeated use (reason for 4 stars), but its pretty much that way with most pre-workouts.
I like that its natural and clean, no bad artificial ingredients or sweetners. Best taste you can expect from a flavored powder.
Love it_or Hate it –
My household is vegan and health conscious. I was looking for a pre workout drink to get my ready for an evening workout after my regular 8-5 workday. This definitely gets the job done in a healthy way. The flavor is pretty good too its doesn’t have that strong nasty aftertaste some workout powders have.

I’ve always been super sensitive to workout supplements and hate that racing heart jittery feeling so I was hesitant to try anything like this. But I’ve used numerous other Garden of Life products and love them…so I gave it a shot. First impression is this stuff is an ugly color (but I don’t complain because it doesn’t have artificial colors (or anything!)) and wasn’t THE most delicious thing ever…but it’s nothing I have to chug down or gag over. It actually is pretty good considering it’s completely natural. I have noticed that it does help me stay motivated and focused at the gym–BUT NO JITTERS! Not at all. I alternate lifting and running and this helps a lot. I was starting to lose motivation and get bored with my workouts but this stuff really has helped. I also have a Garden of Life Meal or Protein shake after my workouts (though I may try the Refuel stuff when I run out of what I have). I do recommend this stuff for sure!!

Took this today for my back workout, 1 and a half scoops. Amazing focus, incredible pump, insane energy and NO crash afterwards.
What’s even better, the ingredients are all organic and naturally derived from real food, so unlike synthetic pre workouts, it is actually healthy for your body.

better than expected. I take pre workout stupplements like NOxplode and love them but would leave me with huge crash afterwards. This product while doesn’t give me surge of energy NOX did, but there is no crash. I feel the energy for hours. Loving this stuff so far. oh and the taste.. who cares. You shouldn’t be buying health supplements for taste, if you are looking for taste get some caffeine pills and chase it down with some koolaide.
