I tried it today the first time. It helped me eat better. It added a lite-head kind of feeling that went away after eating.
I like the taste, it barely tastes like anything, very lite and very agreeable to me. So far so good

These kinda taste like prunes, which I wouldn’t mind if I had been expecting it, but in this capacity, it’s not entirely pleasant. Also, I don’t feel as though it’s done anything to benefit my digestion, as I continue to need medicine/supplements for reflux, and other digestive issues. They’re a good price, but I’m very unsure as to their efficacy.

Taste is not delicious, but not that horrible. After reading the reviews I was wondering if I should even try, but was pleasantly surprised that it was edible. The calming additive was also nice. Could be a placebo effect, but overall, good product that helps!

I wanted this to work. I have spent so much of time looking for a good probiotic/antioxidant in gummy form. I don’t like talking capsules/tablets because I take medications in those forms and because of their size I didn’t want my supplements in that form. I thought there would be a noticeable difference to my gut health. No such thing for me. It could have been just bad gummy candy in my case. I will not buy this product again as all it did was increase my sugar intake with no underlying benefit at all.

There are only 21 capsules and a little expensive. The package is easy to open. The GI doctor recommended the product. I’m not sure it helps the stress but the stomach/intestines feel better. I’ve taken Align for a few years but recently started taking Align Degestive DE-Stress.
