I needed these for my wall and they worked out perfect. A cheaper alternative to real wood planks. I did nail the corners because they aren’t sticky enough to last verticle over a period of time. They were easy to cut and easy to line up. I order three different colors.

We used these laminate panels to create a faux “wood” wall for a fraction of the cost and work of real wood panels! These panels seem to be holding to the wall well, and were easy to cut and install after a small learning curve. We purchased 3 colors for this project: “Driftwood,” “Mahogany,” and “Spruce Silver.”

We let them sit at room temperature for a week before installing them to account for any shrinkage. We also purchased 2 tubes of liquid nails + a small nail/staple gun ($30 at Walmart) for this project based on other reviews that explain the weight of the panels can’t support themselves on a vertical surface like this. We checked our stud finder with a panel on the wall beforehand since we knew we would also be mounting the TV and had no issues detecting the studs or electrical wiring. We found that cutting the panels was simple when done with a basic utility knife after making 1 or 2 cuts on the patterned side and bending the panel at the cut. We chose to do a repeating, 2 row pattern because it was easier to keep track of which panels to do next and we wanted to make sure we used a fairly even amount of each color. We applied the panels to the wall with 1 swipe of the liquid nails on the back + 1 of the small nails in each corner and seem to be having no issues with the panels falling. …I will say though that the Spruce Silver panels seem to “bow” out in the middle (it’s not noticeable at all unless you walk up to the wall and press on the panels), so we will probably go in and put an extra nail or 2 in those panels this weekend. The Mahogany and Driftwood panels seem to be slightly better quality than the Spruce Silver panels (the backing was harder to peel off of those, the adhesive seems to be stronger, and they also seem more solidly stuck to the wall,) but overall these are all a great product and I will definitely use the remaining boxes I purchased elsewhere in our home.

For reference, our wall is 114”W x 98.5”H, and we used 6 1/2 boxes to cover the entire wall – 2 1/2 boxes of the Driftwood, and 2 boxes each of the Spruce Silver and Mahogany. The whole project start to finish took about 3-3.5 hours with an extended break somewhere in the middle 🙂 I am SO pleased with the results, it looks as good if not better than real wood walls I’ve seen!

I am a 66 year old grandma. I installed the floor by myself and I loved working with it. It was easing to work with around corners, tub and sink. It will crack easy if forced. I used a heavy duty scissors for most of my cuts. I also used paper to trace the cut and transferred it to the board. This worked great and made things go smooth.Remember when transferring turn your paper over so your cuts turn out the right way. Only one board did not want to stick. I used the hair dryer heated it a bit and it stuck down and is still holding. I installed this over old linoleum on a cement floor. The bathroom looks great. Make sure the floor is very clean. Some of the glue will ooz out so there is some clean up after floor is down. I used some go be gone on those spots then rinsed with water. Love my new floor.

We love this stuff. We just ripped out moldy carpet thanks to Hurricane Harvey, yuk. We are on a cement slab foundation. We have put the Tivoli II planks in a few rooms now. Always buy the professional adhesive. I laugh at the complaints about the pieces coming up, buy the glue. This is economy flooring, you’re not getting $4 a square foot laminate here. That being said we returned home after 2 weeks to find this flooring NOT peeled, completely in tact. A quick bleach job with the mop and mold spray and it’s as good as new. I have Armstrong tile that did peel on top. The Tivoli II line is better quality. It has a texture and better contrast to it than the Nexus series by Achim. We ordered over 60 boxes to redo our floors and Amazon has had great pricing and with 2 day prime it makes moving along with repairs speedy. I love this color, it’s darker but very rich.Ignore the user error reviews. Buy some gloves, a utility knife, and some glue and I promise you’ll be pleased. If it can go through flooding from a storm it’s good enough in my book!

After reading the many reviews on Amazon I decided to give this product a try. Here are some tips I gathered by others and some of my own. When pealing off the paper backing be sure to pull down diagonally. This stops the paper from ripping. I used gorilla glue on all the planks. I had read that others had issues with corners pealing and didn’t want that. I applied to all corners and some up and down the plank. I found when cutting the planks it would leave a white line that was noticeable in between the planks(a bit like white grout lines). This due to white vinyl substance just under the faux wood. To combat this I used a dark brown or Black sharpie on the cut edge to help blend in the pieces. It looks great. I also put a small dumb bell weight inside a sock to use to roll over the floor. This works well without scratching the new floor. Easy product to work with. Cutting with a utility knife make sure you cut along a straight edge so your pieces line up correctly. Also can use good pair of scissors to cut around toilets etc. Very happy with this produce.

To all of the customers writing they don’t stick: uh duh, you need to purchase/rent a vinyl roller and roll the plank after putting it down. AFTER THIS, there is zero chance of getting a plank up or to move it.

I hated that I could only order 6 boxes, but I worked around it and did my living room and I am in love! Don’t mind the not so greatest pics, this was right after I finished. It was easy, fast, and looks like I paid over a grand when it was well under $300.
