The product does not auto track properly. The gears appears to get stuck in one location does not go back to the original starting point. Sending back for a replacement.

The camera performs well with autotracking at this price range.
Very nice to have auto tracking with a motion spot light.
The camera return to guard set point is inaccurate. Hence there will be a large deviation after multiple auto tracking which causes my camera to look at the wall as the guard point. This requires pan calibration to fix. Dialogue with support says they do extensive test on their product, so they must accept this deviation as acceptable.

This camera has a great interface and a great mobile app. I can pull it up in seconds, move it about, talk two ways since it has both a mic and a speaker built-in, and generally do anything I’d like with a standalone camera. But the best part comes if you have a Reolink NVR because the camera can be plugged straight in or used over wifi to record to the NVR and to be controlled by it. I just got my NVR, so I haven’t tried that out yet, but I’m very excited to have these around my house! The only downside is that it doesn’t support PoE, so if you want a clean one-wire install, this is the wrong camera.

Ive got a couple other reolink cameras and this one is so far the best! The quality of the video is great and even at night.
The cops came to my across the street neighbor’s house today and they were asking me about who was there today. I was able to pull up video clips from the times they asked so quickly I think the cops were impressed lol.
All in all a great camera!

I purchased 2 of these and three of the cheaper indoor E1 and set up 3 total. I have them set up on their own router on a totally separate network than what we use for internet (they dont have internet access for security reasons). I made sure the wifi channels were far apart and no other interference in the area. I cant get them to work reliably not even when hard wired with Ethernet.
When they work, the quality is very good. Night vision is also good though motion detection is a bit wonky. No complaints at this price. I would be happy to keep them if they just worked reliably.
However these things are just not reliable. When on Wifi and actively monitoring on my highly overpowered PC, they disconnect every 5-10 minutes or so even when set up 6 inches from the router. Further, the playback (even low quality mode) is choppy even when on Ethernet. I know its not a network issue because playback of saved video is absolutely perfect. So its just when in live view that something is very wrong.
I messed around with the codec settings (as limited as they are) to no avail. This happens in both high quality and low quality more though much more pronounced in high quality mode. On top of that, even when it does work, there is at least a half second of latency. When things get ugly, latency gets as bad as 2-3 second.
I tried using these things for 2 weeks. No improvement so Im returning them.
