Rainshower Cosmopolitan 210 1-Spray Showerhead

Der Preis dieser Kopfbrause ist nicht ohne – wenn man überlegt, dass man für einen Bruchteil des Anschaffungspreises bereits solche Produkte erhält. Vergleicht man den vorliegenden “Rainshower Cosmopolitan 210” mit den günstigen Konkurrenten, wird man aber schnell den Unterschied feststellen.

Die GROHE Kopfbrause ist aus Metall gefertigt und dementsprechend massiv. Gegen sie wirken andere Kopfbrausen wie Kinderspielzeug. Sie hat einen Durchmesser von 21 cm. Auf der Oberseite ist sie mit Torx-Schrauben versehen. Die Verarbeitungs- und Materialqualität ist hier 1A. Dies sieht man auch am Gewinde. Wer eine Kopfbrause für die Ewigkeit sucht, der scheint hier richtig zu sein.

Das Strahlbild des Wasseraustritts ist perfekt. Ich gehe davon aus, dass durch das SpeedClean Antikalk-System von GROHE hier auch keine üblichen Verkalkungen wie bei Kunststoffbrausen entstehen. Hinzu kommt, dass sich die Noppen an der Unterseite der Kopfbrause mit den Fingern gut reinigen lassen (einfach drüber reiben). Man muss hier keine Angst haben, dass sich diese lösen bzw. abbrechen.

Die Kopfbrause lässt sich in der Neigung leicht in alle Richtungen verstellen.

Wer eine qualitativ hochwertige Kopfbrause sucht und hierbei nicht den tiefen Griff in den Geldbeutel scheut, der sollte sich die „Rainshower Cosmopolitan 210“ mal genauer ansehen. Ich denke, dass man an diesem Produkt sehr lange seine Freude haben wird.

I’ve had this head for about 9 months and I’ve been very happy with it. I’ve had no issues with it and have not experienced any clogged nozzles like I have with other heads.
The only negative thing I have to say about this head, and it’s the reason I’m only giving it 4 stars, is that it’s very loud. I don’t know if it’s because of the conical shape of the top or if it’s something with the combination of this head and the plumbing in my house, but this is by far the loudest shower head I’ve ever had. I don’t know if ringing is the best word to describe it, but that’s the only word I can come up with. It is so loud that I can hear it outside of my house when it’s on. It’s very strange.

My wife and I fell in love with a rain shower head at a resort we went to for vacation earlier this year, and I was determined to replicate the experience in our master bath. They used a Grohe shower head, but I shied away due to the cost and tried a few other options off of Amazon. The results? Not so great. The off-brand rain shower heads just didn’t deliver — the stream was weak or the pattern not all that much like a rain shower. I finally got wise and ordered this Grohe shower head. Was it expensive? Yes. It was also heavy enough that I had to spend more money for a support bracket. But oh, my my — the difference in performance is like night and day. This Grohe shower head is absolutely remarkable and I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for the real deal and willing to spend some additional money for it.

Die Rainshower Cosmopolitan 210 von GROHE kam bei uns an, als ob sich ein Elefant auf den Karton gesetzt hat. Im Grohe -Karton war die Kopfbrause auch nur doch etwas Karton geschützt und das war es dann. Bei einem solchen Preis kann man von einer besseren Verpackung ausgehen. Duschköpfe werden auch ordentlich und sicher verpackt bei der Konkurrenz.

Zum Glück ist die rund 21 cm breite Rainshower ohne Beschädigungen und somit konnte diese in kurzer Zeit montiert werden. Alles hat ohne Probleme funktioniert und ist seit über drei Wochen jeden Tag im Einsatz. Großer Pluspunkt ist, dass diese aufgeschraubt werden kann um so besser gereinigt zu werden. Die Verarbeitung ist sehr gut, es sind keine Kratzer oder Fingerabdrücke auf der Chromoberfläche vorhanden gewesen.

Das Duschen ist angenehm, dass Wasser hagelt nicht auf einen Ein, sondern es ist ein angenehmes Duschgefühl. Bis jetzt sind wir immer noch sehr zufrieden, dass Wasser kommt immer noch aus allen Düsen (wir haben sehr kalkhaltiges Wasser) und es sind noch keine Anti-Kalk-Noppen abgebrochen.

We recently moved into a loft and the shower is enormous and has 2 heads, one that is fixed and one that is a handheld. Both were older and cheap and I wanted to replace them with something better. For the fixed head, I started looking for a rainshower head and quickly settled on the Grohe that is all metal. I’ve had cheap plastic and we expect to live here for a while, so I was fine with paying more for quality. My wife wasn’t too thrilled at the idea (she’s the one that uses the fixed head more than me, I like the handheld better), and she really wasn’t thrilled about the price. I assured her she would love it and after it came and I put it in, she did admit that it is excellent. Steady water flow, perfect finish, heft, easy to clean and a nice, drenching rain shower on your head. She loves it and I love that she loves it.

Yes, it costs a lot of money. Quality tends to do that to prices. But I expect it will last and we won’t have issues with it like we would with a cheap plastic version.

First experienced this showerhead at a resort in Mykonos, Greece, and I liked it so much I looked it up online. Had this recently installed at my home by adding it to my existing showerhead— I had to also get the Hansgrohe 4447000 trim and Hansgrohe 01850181 3/4-Inch iBox and Grohe 28540000 Rainshower 16in. Shower Arm for my plumber to install it, but everything works great together. Good pressure and flow and super relaxing (though I had the plumber take out the water saving regulator– not sure how it would be with the regulator left in). I find that it’s best to use this rainshower at the same time as your existing showerhead so you get two streams of water– one angled from above from the existing showerhead, and rainfall directly above from this showerhead. Highly recommend.

Love this as our main shwoer head in our remodeled master bath! It’s just the right size – smaller wouldn’t have given enough coverage, larger means more holes which equates to less pressure due to dispersement. It is hefty, and the weight means our 16″ arm isn’t perfectly level at the end, but it is not noticable even to me a picky person using it regularly. We use a Grohe handheld too but standing under this for a bit makes all the cares go away.
