It works great but took a while to learn how to use it. The directions that came with it were limited and the print was so small I needed to find a magnifying lens to read them. I downloaded more information and it still took a while to learn how to use it. The unit works well but the technical support that comes with it is not user friendly.

I love this watch. It has all the right features and I like that you can add apps as well. I switched from Andriod to IOS and I wanted a watch that would work with both. This one does the trick. The only con so far is it doesn’t always communicate with my phone when I get a text, which is one reason I needed a smart watch.

My wife wanted this for Christmas so we walked in to get one and the professionalism from best buy and all of its employees was just absolutely amazing they were so easy to talk to and help us buy it and set it up, It monitors her heart rate her steps etc. I’ve never bought something like this that enables another phone line from best buy before but I am most defiantly going to in the future when ever we need/want something new from them thank you from us to all of the team of best buy on helping us get this product!!

This is a good smartwatch. I have a Garmin Venu and bought this Garmin Venu SQ for my wife. I love my Venu, but found a major flaw with the SQ; i.e., it is not nearly as scratch resistant. My wife has has this for about 2 weeks and it’s already got some permanent scratches on its face.

Have had this for nearly two months now. Love it so far. Use it daily for excerise tracking (either walking or hiking) and for the alarm. Was pretty easy to learn to use. Like the extras from the app (like different watch faces) and I’m sure there’s more that I don’t even use. Not impressed with the sleep accuracy but still fun to track. One annoying thing is it often tells me after an excercise session “memory almost full, connect to garmin app” which I do daily, so it shouldn’t be full. Need to research this more. Spouse has a different older model garmin and never gets this message.

I previously had 2 Garmin Vivoactive HR devices that worked for about 2 years and then tapped out. One just died as if the memory was full and would no longer work. The other leaked water while swimming in a pool and died. I asked, and Garmin said they would refurbish them for $125 each. This device works similarly to the Vivoactive, with some similar features, an interface and charging cord and minimal instructions. The device has a number of build-in features that can be accessed through a touch screen face and two buttons. So far, it works okay, and I download most of my data to the Garmin App on my phone to read any data. The display is clear and the watch is no bulky or uncomfortable. It accurately records the data, but can be hard to read as you swipe, tap buttons and scroll through the menus. Since I’m a guy, I don’t need the menstruation app, and will check to see if I can delete this function so I can work other programs. Overall, it’s not as good as the Vivoactive HR, but it is a great recording device, lets you know when you get an alarm, email or text on your phone and is relatively inexpencive at $130.

I like the square shape of this fitness watch, and its price is very reasonable. The battery life is good for more than two weeks if you only use it occasionally for exercise. There are many features, but they do take some time to figure out.
