Does not taste anything like chocolate. And contains mct oil from palm oils! All of Slim Fast Keto has the MCT oil blend made from palm oils and coconut oil, but they make you believe their products are made with 100% coconut mct oil. Such falsehoods with this product line. And to top it off, this meal replacement bar does not even taste good. I will be going with another product in the future.

Not only does it contain mct oil from palm oils, but the labeling leads you to believe it is 100% coconut mct oil. Such falsehoods. Palm oils are very destructive to the environment, and in no way sustainable. And it top it all off it tastes bad. When you open it you get the smell of peanut butter, but that’s because of the artificial flavors they put into their products. I have to wash my mouth out each time I have been stupid enough to eat one.

It tastes very good, which I was surprised because I don’t like many food replacement bars. But this was the nice sweet fix for my keto diet that I wanted and something to eat for breakfast since im not a morning person. However, it only comes with 5. Now I knew this going in, but I just cant fathom to rate it 5 stars when the price doesnt match the amount your getting imo. It will be nice for those days I forget to make something, but I wont be ordering a ton of these as it would cost a pretty penny.

These bars are a convenient way to follow the keto diet. The taste is ok but the crunchy bits are sometimes very hard. I nearly broke my teeth on more than one occasion trying to chew them. I found some of the crunchy bits to be completely inedible and more like pieces of hard plastic.

Do not recommend. Taste is poor. Strong aftertaste. The macros are not ideal for someone living the Keto lifestyle.

It is keto, and the ingredients and macros are great. I love them, and it is a great way to add some extra fiber to your diet. The fiber they use is also easy on my stomach, unlike some if the other products out there. It also has tons of vitamins, so when I’m on the go it’s a great way to get some nutrients and stay keto.

After being on a keto diet for several months I have gotten used to no sweet or tasting natural sweetness in food that I had never noticed before the diet. These are super super sweet! It was very overwelming to me.Good if thats what you are looking for very sweet without the guilt. Also the possibility of breaking a tooth on those crunchy bits is for real!!! I probably won’t buy again.

So I ate my very first bar tonight. I was hoping it would taste good and it really does I tend to have a pretty active sweet too so I didn’t know what to expect from the bar. I love the texture. There’s even tiny little crunchy bits in there. Definitely satisfies my chocolate craving.
