I been taking one a day vitamins for very long time and tried different kinds, from prenatal when I was pregnant with my babies to women specifically and finally now been taking active metabolism during weight loss period. I definitely like this ones because they don’t have caffeine and still have a great list of vitamins I need daily. We are very healthy eaters but still take vitamins daily just in case we missed something. One a day always been my choice and this new line is very nice, love that energy support comes from B12 and no caffeine. Perfect!

Something like 20 years ago my doctor recommended taking a simple daily multivitamin as a reasonable extra precaution in case I might find myself slightly missing any necessary vitamins. I followed that advice regularly to this day and so far my health is pretty good, at least for anything that vitamins might help with. I put this one a day in my rotation and appreciate that it has a little extra concentration of some of the vitamins which perhaps improve immune system performance. The science and that is still not clear, but I don’t think it’s going to do any harm. These are certainly times when anything easy to do to boost one’s immunity is a good idea. That said, keep following medical advice on immunizations and the like.

Ok…so I’ve spent the last year or so taking some vitamins that are about $30 for a month. While they are pretty great….the reality is that they honestly aren’t any better than these….which are about $10 for a little more than a 3 month supply.
Granted…the other ones had the equivalent of one of those “greens” mixes in them….but that hadn’t been doing me any favors for ages…and the probiotics weren’t doing their job either. Switching over to something much more affordable is freeing up money in my tight budget to invest in some of the other stuff that works.
The tablet is actually smaller than I expected it to be. My glucosamine tablets are quite a bit larger…so I think most people will be able to swallow one of these a day with relative ease. I really don’t have problems taking pills though…so I can’t say I’m the best judge on that.
Oh, and I’m not sure why Amazon wanted me to rate the flavor of these…I get absolutely zero flavor from them and no after taste either. I don’t take them with water though…I take them either with a weird smoothie that has a greens supplement…or with a protein shake….then those are followed by water basically for the rest of the day until after dinner.
