The product is barely okay. Maybe it would be better for people who have feet like tree trunks and that have no feeling in them, but mine must be relatively sensitive. Even on the lowest sensitivity, the air bags push my feet down into the grinding gears rolling beneath my feet. I can’t imagine anyone ever using it on a higher sensitivity. I really want for this product to be good, and I try to use it over and over to fool myself into thinking it will get better, but it simply never does. I’m constantly readjusting my feet looking for a comfortable (or even tolerable) position. Some positioning even feels like it’ll rip a toe off. It’s a ruggedly made product. Very sturdy. But unless you’re looking for something that feels like your feet are being shredded, this is nowhere near worth $90. I might buy it for $10-$15. That’s where I would put the value of this at.

Within days of using this product my pain went away! I use it every night before I go to bed and have not had the extreme pain that I was having when I first get out of bed in the morning. I would definitely recommend this product!

I’m using this massager as I write this review and I can say with certainty this is a great product. With various pressure and heat settings, it’s very relaxing and promotes circulation in your feet (not to mention sore muscle relief!). It’s also great to use around the house while working or relaxing. One thing I really like about this massager in particular is it encapsulates your entire foot. With a lot of foot massagers you simply rest your feet on them, but this one massages your entire foot.

I most love the pressure of the air bags on my feet while the machine does it’s work massaging, kneading and scraping my feet from every angle. A wonderful way to relieve the days stress and feel like I’m taking good care of myself. If there was an improvement to be made, it would be having the ability to adjust the air bag pressure.This is great at relaxing out all the aches and knots. Nothing better than getting home after a Long day on my Feet and getting a great foot massage .

It is very easy to use and it is quiet. Really massages deep if you desire it. 3 different settings. One of the issues I have had with other machines of this type is that they don’t fit my feet. I have US11 feet and my entire foot fits inside this machine. My son is size US12 and this fits him also.

I bought this for my wife in Nov last year. She loves it! She massage her feet 20 – 30 minutes every night to have a good sleep. After 7 weeks of use, this massager started to make squeaky noise and it got louder and louder every night she use it. I contacted Cincom customer support. They told me to record a video for troubleshooting purpose and said they will take care of their customers after sales. After I sent the video, they confirmed that was a defective unit and will expedite me another unit for free. I received it 2 days later. Excellent customer service and they stand behind their products.

This massager is so good. I work as a waitress at a restaurant and I’m up on my feet all day so when I come home i like to wash up then massage my feet. There are a few different settings that you can put the massager on, so if you have smaller feet then you can turn it up a little bit. Of course it heats ups, as it says in the description. It’s also really easy to use it only took me a few minutes to figure out how to use it. I really recommend it, you don’t have to use it for to long, maybe 15-20 minutes. It may be a bit heavy but not so heavy that u can’t lift it. You can also remove inner cloth to wash it. When it first came to our home, our household tried it and as weird as it may seem my son said it had a “nice pain”😂 I guess it was a little to tight for him. But this massager is really relaxing, totally recommend.
