Assembled yesterday. Easy, layout the pieces before you start to see the assembly order they describe.
Read all about the noise in other reviews, so I knew the bolts needed to be tight from the start. For queen, remember to loosen the preinstalled middle bolt and extend it all the way. Use the ratchet to ensure bolts without wing nuts are tight, and when installing wing nuts and bolts, hold wing nut with pliers while using Allen wrench to install. Had to give box spring a little nudge to get it in on one side, just a tiny bit off, and then it bing! it fit perfectly. Am loving the storage, and the cats think the extra head space is great, too.
Will update if anything negative emerges as others have written.

Lightweight, but does its job. There is no squeaking at all when I move around on the bed. I have a queen sized. A minority of reviews said this wouldn’t extend wide enough for a queen. I had this problem at first: mine came with the screws already positioned at the “queen” marked holes. BUT, even if the product comes with the screws in the right place, you still have to remove the wingnut from the bottom to fully extend all three of the middle metal bars to their full length and then re-tighten the wingnuts. Hopefully that helps some people. I can definitely understand the confusion there, and the instructions didn’t explain this part at all.

I ordered this bed frame to try to solve the issues we had with sagging in the middle of our mattress. We had such issues with us rolling into the middle of the bed on our old mattress and was looking to buy a new one. My parents ended up giving up theirs that was in the guest room along with box spring that had only been slept on a couple of times and only 2 years old. Started having same issues, it was so bad we would take turns some nights sleeping on couch, which was way more comfortable than the 2 of us in the bed. Even with just one of us, it would still sag and I would wake up with back and arm aches. Someone told me it may be the bed frame, never thought about the frame giving that much support, thought that’s what the box spring was for. Well I was so wrong!!! We put together the bed frame this weekend, I have slept peacefully and free of aches & pains. My old bed frame was 15-20years old. This new one is sturdy and easy to put together. I will say the mattress sticks out past the bed frame at the end so I was unable to use the footboard, which actually I don’t miss at all. Also I got the 12″ high frame, so I wouldn’t have to use risers. Was still able to fit everything I had before, plastic totes,etc and the cat still has her hiding hole under there. LOVE IT! I highly recommend this product!!!

Good solid bed frame. There’s some extra support in the middle that many other brands don’t have. Be aware though that you’re buying a high platform type frame. Your bed will sit quite high. This is an expensive look and many antique beds are made like this. Be aware that you’ll have to purchase an extra long bed skirt. I hesitated because there are some websites where these are a fortune, but Amazon has really good prices on bed skirts that aren’t standard lengths and they’re beautiful. You’ll have to get it then measure to see how it fits with your mattress, but for example I had to purchase a 21″ length.

When we PCS’d from Texas to Georgia, the side rails to daughter’s bed broke. We had contemplated to either try and fix it or get a new bed, and last week, I realized we could just attach the head board to a metal frame!!! I wanted a 12in frame to allow for under storage and this worked out perfectly!!

Super easy to assemble but not that sturdy and doesn’t stay in place very well. Every time I try to get on my bed the boxspring shifts off the bed frame. Not sure why when there are pieces included to prevent that from happening.
Would recommend paying more for a better quality product.
Update: The frame has broken and barely stays in place during adult activities. Is supposed to hold over 2,000 lbs but can barely handle two adults having fun. I tried reaching out to this company but have been given the run around for the last week and now no one is responding to me. It’s a waste of money and i wish i never bought from this company. 0 stars if I could. Definitely not satisfied, especially with the customer service.

Super Impressed. When I came home and saw the box outside, I was literally confused. There was no way a queen sized bed frame could possibly be in so small a box. It was. The design is exceptionally clever in the way the pieces unfold and lock together to form the frame. The components are very solid and even the hinged legs bolt into place to ensure the overall stability. The frame took only minutes to assemble and was very rigid. The “anti-slip” adhesive pieces do a great job of hovering the box spring above the level of the bolts. Based on other reviews I’d read as well as the bulk of the composite box spring for my SleepNumber C2, I was a little concerned as to whether or not it would fit between the rails. It fit perfectly. The 12″ legs are pretty impressive and worked out perfectly for me since the C2 is a bit on the short side. The storage underneath is generous and I can verify that a 45# dog can easily get under there…
TL:DR – I’d totally buy another or recommend it to a friend.

For the price, you can’t go wrong here. Even without considering the price, it’s a pretty great frame. Obviously, make sure you have a box spring, if not, I believe this same company (Zinus) offers similar frames with slats. I have a queen bed, and the frame didn’t extend from end to end (about 6-7″ of the box spring hang off the metal “railing”), but it hasn’t been problematic in any way. The Dean is quite sturdy, it’s pretty easy to install, and it’s a nice height. Definitely recommend it.
