I’ve been using the basic plastic paddle for this, which works but was sometimes too stiff, but usually too weak to do things like cut dough.
These have a nice silicone (?) edge and covering that’s easy to clean and works as good as a spatula to get every bit, but with a stiff backbone/inside that keeps it’s shape. I recommend.

The larger blue scraper seemed a little too stiff for cleaning /emptying a Pyrex bowl that had banana bread batter. It did not conform completely to the curve of the bowl. I expect it to be more useful for making yeast bread. I found a standard rubber spatula did a better job with the banana bread batter. The flat spatula is good for slicing and getting brownies out of the pan. Unbelievably I found bowl scrapers in the store that were labeled not dishwasher safe! Who would settle for that? Not me. These are labeled dishwasher safe.

New baker enthusiast here. I love these two scrapers. The teal/blue one has my favorite shade and it is large enough that I can hold it multiple ways. It is made of silicone, hard in the middle and slightly flexible on the edge, so I use it for mixing dough inside the bowl, or transferring dough. The dark grey one is made of harder plastic, no flexibility. I use it to scrape sticky dough on working surface while I hand knead the dough.
Both work well together and I’m in love 🧑🍳

The blue scraper has a little bit of texture to it, which I did not see anywhere in the product details, so if you are expecting a “smooth” scraper, you’ll actually end up realizing the blue one has what feels like 120 grit sandpaper surface texture.
Still, it works, only it grabs more scrapings than I’d like. The grey scraper is a different plastic material entirely, smooth, and hard, where as the blue is rubbery and …with a slight grit feel to it.

There isnt much colors available for this kind. I like that the item that arrived is almost similar to what is advertised. Love that they can be multifunctional as scrapers on skillets, pots, and even in bowls. Theyre great for even corners!

I really found them to be the right size and sturdiness. The aqua one is silicone but not too soft as to bend – just like I expected. The gray is more of a sturdy plastic type that doubles as a substitute bench scraper in a moment of need. They both worked well so far scraping bread, cookie and various pastry doughs from bowls and even a rolling mat.

Los restos del tazón se limpian fácilmente. El tamaño es bueno. Y la forma ajusta a la forma del tazón.

These are the best I have found for breadmaking. They have a little flex, but are sturdy enough to scrape the dough out of a bowl without leaving a sticky mess behind or on the scraper. Much better than a standard spatula. They are also a good size so they are easy to use in a big bowl and easy to hold. They feel a little like stiff rubber. The flatter scraper would be perfect for nonstick pans, dividing dough for biscuits, etc.
They are made in China for anyone wondering.

I had a set of bowl scrapers (different brand) years ago and they got lost during a move. I have meant many times to replace them but just never got to it. Glad I did now!
These work great. When you make a bake, cookies, pancakes, etc., bowl scrapers such as these are the best way to ensure you cook every drop. Just run the along the sides of the bowl. It will come completely or almost completely clean.
Yes, you can use a rubber spatula for this, but it won’t work nearly as well – the handle on those kinds of scrapers often prevents the removal of every drop.
Small investment. I recomend having these in in every kitchen.

This is a mistake !I would love to send it back to China and revisit the purpose of bowl scrape Jeez, r! Another great example of waisted money and time to get the product I ndeed. I use to work in pastry shop for many years so have a pretty decent idea of how the dough scraper should look, feel or perform. Thsese are so stiff that one might use a piece of wood or steel to do the same job for the friction of the cost ! What a waste ! This is what you get during Coronavirus, bottom shelf stuff that does not work at all!
