Could not fully install. One of the handles would not go on at all. We tried it on the other handle base, which worked for one handle but it still would not go on. It is a defect inside the left handle. Tried to contact Moen but there is a 10 day wait to talk to customer service and we have to wait for them to call us. So disappointed with this company as I have always had good experiences in the past. Waste of good money!!!! Do not buy!

I ordered a new product but the packaging looks like it is a display unit/open box item. No scratches or marks on the item so I am not returning it yet.
Have not installed it yet but hoping parts are not missing.
Installation manual included is for a different product!!!
Will update my review if I am able to install it properly.

Easy to install , only modification made was trimming the existing fitting from previous faucet . The faucet was compatible with the 16 year old faucet it replaced

Upgraded the fixtures in the master bath of our new home and was not disappointed in how this set turned out for our bathtub! Didn’t need to change the valve because the fixtures before it were also Moen.

This item doesn’t come with valves. I bought for newly constructed home and it took a while to need them. Just opened box and no valves. Cant return it’s too late. PD 475 apx and now have to spend another 140 to get valves. Definately overpaid.

We already had a moen faucet so installation was easy, we were able to use the same valves. The faucet is beautiful! The matte black is just perfect! Exactly what I was looking for
