I love this little water flosser. It works great and is just what I needed to carry with me to work and for traveling. The only reason I gave it a 4 was because it did have one of the tips. There are supposed to be a green, a blue and a white. I got a blue and 2 white. Since each provides a different level of pulsing water, I want all 3. The directions are written with poor grammar and there is no information on replacements or a warranty/registration card. There is no address or phone number to contact customer service either.

This product is very well packaged and the design is very well executed.
I have provided several photos to demonstrate the packaging — it is very pretty, and looks a good function.
The retractable drawer is very useful for enhancing the portability of the device. I own another water flosser that does not retract, and this one outperforms the former for that very fact. (✅).
There is a charging cable included, it fits the pouch nicely. The charging port is a micro-USB which is beginning to be replaced with USB-C, so, while it does not impact the device in any real regard, it may be a slight hinderance in the future if looking for a replacement charger. NOT LIKELY, but it could happen.
Overall, the device just looks charming and the water pump performs well. I’m not sure which type of plastic it is made of – hoping to prevent buildup of bacteria. This is a review made shortly after receiving (and not a long-term experience) so I can not attest to the sterile nature of the water tank. Everything else looks to be well cared for, so I have faith the designers took precaution.
WELL WORTH THE VALUE.
There are two other replacement needles provided (in quite a quality-textured bag, might I add) so you can be assured in the overall longevity of the product. It stores safely into the base unit when not in use.
This product was very well thought-out, and produced with fine quality materials. Priced at a genuinely affordable rate, it speaks to the producer’s heart, in that they really seem to care about what they design. Be confident in your purchase, it will provide satisfaction and enhance your oral health! 😁

So getting braces wasn’t so bad when I worked from home 100%. Since returning to the office half of the week, it’s been a little harder to clean my teeth after eating. This mini flosser is perfect! It’s compact and still has the pressure needed to get through my teeth. Great purchase.

He esperado un tiempo, para así usarlo y poder opinar. Estoy encantada con el irrigador. Tiene un tamaño muy bueno para incluso echarlo en el bolso. Se consigue una limpieza muy profunda de los dientes y sobre todo para aquellos que tenemos prótesis. Tras varias boquillas con diferentes uso. Se carga súper rápido y dura la batería bastantes días. El dentista fue quien me comentó lo de comprarme un irrigador y me aconsejo la marca que creo todo el mundo conoce. Como
no sabía si iba a aguantar su uso opté por este producto ya que el precio es muy accesible y los comentarios muy buenos. No se como serán los de la marca que aconsejan, pero con esta compra estoy realmente satisfecha. Recomendable cien por cien.

This is a little gem! Very neat product, so glad I found it.
Perfectly sized to carry in my handbag for cleaning on the go, it’s always been a pain in the neck eating out as I need to clean my teeth afterwards.
I’ve had it a couple of months, use it at least three times a week and have only charged it once, so definitely happy with the battery life.
Does a very good job of cleaning as well, has a powerful jet, stronger than some of the larger water flossers on the market.
Easy to use, neatly packs away in its clever design, very happy with the product.

I always wanted a compact, portable water flosser and now there is one! Perfect for using in the office for cleaning my teeth after lunch. Very handy and powerful, with a good capacity water tank for its size. But it is necessary to slide the tank down to use the flosser, and the only criticism I have is that is very difficult to slide the tank down because there is no proper grip. Instead of a smooth surface the tank should have finger grips to make it easy to slide it down for use. The difficulty of slicing the tank down is why I would give it four-star rather than five.

I was delighted to discover that this little unit has a suprising amount of power. It is compareable to the big flosser we have in the bathroom. I have gum disease and lost a tooth in lockdown. I dont want to lose another one. I have discovered that water flossing the gum pockets improves the condition greatly. I wanted a mobile, neat unit to carry … and I found this one!
I cant comment on battery life. Ive only just started using it.

I like how compact this flosser is. It is easy to travel with or stick in my purse to take to work. It’s good for when you are on the go, but if you are using it as your primary flosser at home, it’s capacity is small so you will have to fill it multiple times per use.

The Smallest and the most portable waterflosser
I found a small waterflosser to carry around and it’s a perfect fit for my needs.
It has the smallest volume, smooth design, and completely separated water bottle for cleaning. Another advantage is that it can be charged with a five-pin standard charger without a dedicated charger.
There is no separate water hole at the bottom, so it is a little hard to put water in the sink. However, it is also an advantage that more water goes into the hole.
Due to the high water pressure, the nozzle should be inserted well until the click is heard. I didn’t, and the nozzle flew away. It was fortunate that it wasn’t inside my mouth.
I hesitated a little, not a typical design when I bought it, but when I received it, I was so satisfied and willing to buy it again.

I love the idea of this water flosser. It is compact enough to travel easily, and that’s a really cool idea. Unfortunately, it just didn’t work. The battery charges, and it turns on, but the pump doesn’t pump. No pump, no water, no flossing. I don’t know if there’s a part that’s missing on the inside which would draw the water from the tank into the pressure area, or if it’s something else, but after fiddling with it for over an hour, I gave up. The trouble shooting “instructions” no helps. So … yep, this is going back. Pretty disappointed.

Used it for over 1 month now, it’s effective , easy to charge , compact and easy to fill . It’s the 4th water flosser I have bought over time and is well worth the money and better then others that were 3 times the price . Very pleased with the purchase .

Easy to set up and the nozzle can rotate 360 degree. Package also included tew extra nozzles. It offer three modes, I use pulse mode because I already very familiar with this water flosser product. I had a large one in home. But i wond’t take it when i go out, and it is cord water flosser which is not convenience. This Synhope water flosser is such small size and cordless. Love the mini size that i can bring in my bag. Flossing my teeth after eating twice a day. Good product to help me clean my oral and gums. And one time charged can use about 60 times. Long usage time and Very durable product.
