This digital frame was perfect in size and quality but it has an issue with the picture orientation. The orientation was not fixed in automatic mode. the only way was to rotate the pictures manually, it was a terrible issue. I was in contact with the customer service and they released an update on february 22th to fix the orientation issue, right now is working perfect!!!
I really appreciated that customer service was really quick and efficient. I recommend this product. If somebody has yet the orientation picture issue just update the firmware version!.

I bought it as a birthday gift for my mom.The packaging of the frame was excellent and when my mom opened it, she could see the operating instructions attached to the screen of the frame, which was super convenient and easy to learn how to use. My mom really likes that it can receive our pictures and she will also show it to everyone who comes to visit her. Because the screen is 15.6 inches, you can see the pictures even from a distance, and the picture quality is also super clear. Oh, there’s also a remote to operate it, which is really nice. It does need power to operate though, so it should be placed near a power outlet. My mom is so happy to receive pictures or videos uploaded by family members and can proudly display them on wall or any shelf in her house. So far I’m very impressed with the frame, because it’s a great way to share photos with family and friends, and especially a great gift for parents or grandparents who don’t live with their kids but still want to be a part of their lives.

Easy set up. Large screen and the photos are still pretty clear even when viewed from the side.
The only trouble I had was viewing the photos from an SD card/ USB (most of the photos were missing). I tried moving the photos/vids from their folders to the main drive, deleting some, restarted the device. It still showed the same or none at all.
I did find the solution: copy all the photos/vids to the internal storage and all the photos were accounted for.
Hopefully, an update or so can fix the SD card/USB storage. Or I may have a faulty one? It does come with a 2-year warranty so that’ll be useful in the future.
Still happy with the product though! Bought this for my parents for the holidays and the easy upload option through the app will definitely be useful!

I bought this as a Christmas gift for my mom. After trying it out for a few days, I really love it and I believe that my mom will also feel surprised too. We don’t live with her now and she’s not good at ins. So for us, this is really a great way to actively help her keep up with what’s going on in our lives. The only thing we need to do is to upload the pictures on our end, and she can see all the love pictures we took recently. The frame is easy to use, and also displays photos super clearly. As the recipient, you don’t have to do too much, just bundle your account and wait to receive the photos. There are also many other cool functions and it’s definitely a great product. Because of this frame, I believe this Christmas will be very memorable for our family.

First I should preface my review by saying that I use the frame for photos, and to have photos of my kids always on so I have not looked into the video functionality much. However I must say I am very impressed by how simple the setup has been to get a good number of photos onto the frame and running in a constant slideshow. I can send photos from my phone, or transfer them with the included usb cable from my computer, there is also an FTP option that I have not explored. The photos are clear and the setup was simple. My favorite feature however was a simple one, the ability to have the photos turn on and off at set times so my photos are running when I walk down to my office every morning without having to start yet another device. Very recommended!

This is my fourth digital frame; and this Brvatoe, in a word: EXCELLENT.
I was given an 8″ frame as a gift and I was instantly hooked into the world of putting photos and all sorts of stuff on the frame.
I ordered a 10″ frame and then decided I needed a 15″ frame.
I found one on Amazon for about $130ish dollars that was 15″, WiFi, and had a resolution of 1024 x 768. That frame arrived and it was obvious there were problems. The instant I was slightly off axis from the frame, either to the left or to the right, the picture either washed out when viewed off to the left or became very dark (to almost black) when viewed from the right. I sent that 1024 x 768 frame back and decided to find a better quality 15incher.
I saw the copy for the Brvatoe 15.6″ 1920 x 1080 and decided to give that one a try and boy am I glad I did. The pictures are bright and crisp – I can stand off to either side and the pictures and color remain true.
These WiFi frames all have a lot in common when it comes to operation and while you download different apps, depending on the frame vendor; the apps all have an almost identical appearance and very similar functions.
The Brvatoe uses an app called “OurPhoto” which is the same app my 8″ frame uses. The other frames I own use apps called “Joint Frame” and “VPhoto”. One nice feature about those last two apps is that when you transmit a photo, or photos, over WiFi, those photos automatically display on the frame.
With the “OurPhoto” app, the photos hit the frame but you physically have to go to the frame and go to “photos” to see them immediately, otherwise they just display whenever they display. And FWIW I keep my frames on display mode: random and not sequential.
A couple of things about this Brvatoe frame.
It includes a super nice and very convenient steel bracket that you can use to wall mount the frame. Besides loading pictures from your phone with WiFi, you can load pictures from a USB stick or SD Card.
NOTE: if your SD card is more than 32GB the frame won’t read it (I verified that) and the USB stick should be 64 GB or less. Loading pix from a card or stick is a quick way of transferring photos from another frame or your computer to the frame. Once you insert the stick or card, you can copy all the photos to the Brvatoe internal 16GB memory.
Important — when setting up the frame, you’ll create an “OurPhoto” account and place a binding request between your phone and the frame. Once you make that binding request, go to the frame: Settings > User Management > Pending User Requests. Click “Accept” and the phone and frame will then link up — “bind” — this is an easy step to overlook and if you neglect to do it, you wind up staring at your phone wondering why the binding request on your phone fails to get past processing.
Another nice thing, is that the user manual is well written comprehensive and if you do not want to bind the frame to your phone you can just use an SD card or USB stick to load photos – many options.
When I got this frame it was $184; it looks like the price has gone up a bit. I strongly recommend this frame.
