There is nothing wrong with these Gel Polishes. You just have to use them properly and if you aren’t then absolutely they wont work properly. When you cure them under your light they will be sticky, this I am sure is intentional for nail art and stuff and then you put on your Gel Top Coat and cure and they are excellent.
So I was so worried after I bought them and read some of these reviews but I do have a few bottles of Beetles Gel Polishes and never had any issues so I kind of figured the bad reviews were because they were not using them properly.
I am very happy I bought these. They are perfect for Valentine’s Day that is right around the corner. Also great for Spring and Summer. They are excellent and I love them. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! 5+++

This is by far THE best gel nail polish you can get for a decent price. It works just as well as my gals that cost 15$ each…and you get 6 in here for that! This is the only brand of gel I will EVER buy again. I seriously want them all. It applies well and evenly, I use 3 coats to really get the color well saturated and it cures easily without issue. Beautiful colors as well. I will have them all some day!
*** My *only* complaint is that the colors really aren’t as close to what the photos show. I was expecting a nude and it’s very bubble gum pink and another color. As you can see from my pic two colors (187, and 191) are very much more pink that the bottle top as I swatched next to the color numbers and the amazon pic show so that was disappointing. What’s on my hand in the other picture is 190 and 192 for the glitter.

In order to keep the nail polish on the nail correctly you will need:
1• base coat gel ( not included in this set )
2• the color ( whotch is what you are buying here )gel. Also u used to coats.
3• clear top gel coat ( also not included in this set )
And the UV light each process is 60- 90 seconds.
I’m Inlove with doing my nails and this set I ordered more from this brand and I don’t regret it. Nails last very long and it feels great!

I’ve been buying beetles gel polishes since about May 2019 when I started doing my own nails. They are my absolute favorite. Colors are pretty dead on with the example given (see 1st photo), the smell is very minimal, the polish goes on smoothly not thick and clumpy like some other brands and it lasts forever. I am not a trained professional. Second photo is also a beetles polish. It’s just for reference on how nice the beetles polish looks.

I’ve been doing my own gel nails for years and I can say that these gel polishes are amazing and worth the price. The colors are vibrant and the gel goes on smooth and even and it only takes two coats to achieve perfect nails. I posted a few pictures of the cured gel in different lighting situations so you can see how the colors show. Beyond that, I would
highly recommend these gels BUT be sure you also have a UV/LED light to make sure they cure correctly and don’t wrinkle. If your gel is doing that, it’s most likely your light and not the gels.

Beetles is my new favorite brand of gel. Y’all, if you’re looking for a white as a base for nail art, this one is insane. One coat is honestly enough for an opaque white base, but you can go for two coats like I did on my swatches.
Pictured: two coats of each color, half coat of matte top, half coat of glossy top.
Tips for using beetles:
– Stick with their brand for top and base coat
– Prep the cuticles and nail beds really well. Dry out nail beds with acetone before applying base.
– Thin layers, as thin as possible. If it goes on patchy, good! It’s gel, you have time to spread it around on the nail to work out the patchiness.
– Their lamp is made to work with their polish. 90 seconds to cure with minimal heat spikes (and usually only with the matte top coat). Your mileage will vary with lamps made for other brands of polish. Mine sure did.
With proper prep and thin layers, my manicures easily last three weeks with barely any chipping, and I’m hard on my hands. I love this stuff.

Exactly what I wanted! Was looking for some fun colors to pull off a Pinterest look for my upcoming vacation. Went on so smoothly. The colors are pastel and nice for Spring time. Very happy with them, especially the price.

This is an awesome set of pink! I just started practicing acrylic and gel application over the last 3 mos and this was a very user friendly product for a newbie. I will definitely be purchasing other color sets of this same brand!
