Great quality product!
Doc Marco –
Ordered these bands for my home gym. I use them in place of cables. They are very durable and can be used for multiple exercise.

This was exactly what I needed…heavy duty resistance for assisted pull ups. It came super fast too…gotta love Amazon!

Physical Therapists out there…these are a great alternative or progression from the everyday Thera band. I use these daily with my patients in the field. I don’t have to carry dumbbells and a bag of theraband or tubing. Reminds me of the huge rubber bands that used to come with Sears catalogue when I was a kid. This band is no rubber band….is not easy to pull so not to be used for status post shoulders for example…but for the patients who want a little more than a floppy green or blue colored T-band this is the hot ticket. The red version is even harder to stretch and used with athletes. Makes a nice gift for those patients who have worked hard and have no other means of resistance exercise at home. Soft to the hands and can be folded up and stuck in a large pocket when needed. The bright orange also makes it hard to hide.
I have purchased a few of these and will buy more!

There’s nothing to dislike about these bands. I hang two of these from my pull up bar instead of a set of rings. It works pretty good.

This thing would shoot you through the ceiling if you’re not careful! If extreme resistance is what you’re looking for… you found it.

Great product! Having never used bands, I didn’t know which one to buy, so I got the heaviest. You really need to be strong to order this size band. I’m pretty strong, and there are exercises that I can’t do with this size band. My gym has a smaller one that I use, too. If you get the right size, I don’t think you’ll be disappointed.

This band broke after just a few weeks. Tried to reach out for a replacement and nothing. I do not recommend this product. Go with a different company… they have zero customer service. Waste of money.

I love the super band. I am in the middle of doing my first round of p90x2, and there are tons of pull-ups and chin ups in many of the workouts. As a woman, it’s hard to be able to do unassisted chin/pull-ups. I’m not a GI Jane mind you, but with this superband I loop it around my pull-up bar (the kind that goes over the doorway) and I have an awesome assist. I started with this one, the thicker purple one, but I think I am ready to progress to the next size down. You can put your knee in the “loop” or if you are short like me, your foot to use as an assistant. The only thing I’d say is when you come out of the move to be sure you don’t “rubber band” your face! I got the idea of using a super band after seeing Cross fit folks use the bands as a assist. If you are shopping for this for that purpose, this fits the bill.

I use this Superbands for my pull down my swimming stroke and give me strength.
