the material that fills this product started to spill out after a month of use. I would not recommend it for that reason. It is also very large even for ankles.

After putting these on for the first time the sand/rock pieces were falling out. We have had to sew BOTH weights before we could even use them.
We have since had to sew them several more times. DO NOT BUY!

I could not be more disappointed. The stiching came apart and I have lost a significant amount of the actual weight. It’s in my sneakers, when I do leg lifts it gets into my clothes, my hair, and all over my floor and workout mat. Now my workouts are uneven, but seeing as how the stiching has come apart I can’t use it anymore. What am I supposed to do with one ankle weight? I’m so disappointed.

These ankle weights was just what i needed and the price is great, have issue with my legs and feet but these are lightweight. I use them in my home to exercise to build up strength in my legs.

After a couple months these somehow got miniature holes in them and the sand inside came out. Wish I had bought a more durable product.

Began spilling the filling all over by its third time being used. Otherwise it worked great

Purchased these weights to use for a limited time during rehab and PT. The weights are used only for static exercises and are not suitable for use during walking, running or any exercise involving a lot of movement. The problem being that the method of attachment is fairly unstable and they are likely to shift or become unattached.
Update: one of the ankle weights started leaking sand when a poorly sewn seam separated — what a mess!
