Love them! However the rim is a bit more on the brownish reddish side. It is also a bit hard to clean them just make sure you rinse them right away bc they have texture

I am extremely happy with these dishes, however 1 box came damaged and 2 plates have small chips on the edges. I am wondering if possible, can I have these replaced? Or are you able to ship 4 more dinner plates to compensate the damages? I noticed the chip after the fact, and had already threw out the box/packaging.

The pattern is very nice but there are dark spots where the plates should be cream, there are also areas that are very rough even sharp at the edges. It appears that the factory is dirty and debris is getting into the glaze, one piece I was able to chip off. Also the dinner plates, which most people would use most often, are less deeply imprinted with the pattern than other pieces making them less attractive. Do seem to be strong stoneware so far. I ordered two sets and both had the glaze issues and dinner plate issue. I am shocked at the lack of quality from what was once a company known for quality.

all the dinner plates are full of scratch marks after a week of use. looks like dishwasher damage. I have 2 sets and every plate is ruined

Two of the dinner plates in this set was broken upon arrival. All the other pieces were perfect but I need these two plates replaced or I do not have a complete set and I should not have to buy another set when I paid for a complete set. The set is beautiful but I am very unhappy that the select items in the box were broken.

Love these dishes but they mark badly with cutlery scratches leaving dark marks on the white surface. We used Vim which is a mild abrasive and it worked for awhile and now it seems to not be as effective as before. Truly disappointed since we have purchased other Pfaltzgraff products before and enjoyed them for years without complaint.

Compramos la vajilla a principios de Julio y hasta ahora, 7 de las 16 piezas ya se han dañado por el uso cotidiano (platos y tazas). El acabado es muy bonito y elegante, pero no es tan duradero o resistente como lo anuncian. El color es bonito, aunque las orillas son color marrón (casi dorado) y no rojas. No se queda comida atrapada en el diseño del plato, ni se han raspado con el uso de cuchillos o cubiertos.
Sobre el daño en las piezas, no las sometemos a un uso extremo, ni siquiera es la única vajilla que usamos. Por el precio del set, esperábamos que no fuese tan frágil. Nos parece una mala relación precio-calidad; solo escribimos la reseña porque nos hubiera gustado leer una que advirtiera sobre esto (revisando otra vez, ya las hay).
