So full transparency, I’m not sure it as a short gun since I added a M22-24 x 1/4″ adapter and use with with extension wands as a replacement for a wand gun that started leaking. But it still works fine.
When I was checking the best way to connect the standard spin on connector I took the plastic cover off and I was pleased to see the interior parts are all metal and cleanly put together. Looks like solid construction and I expect the gun will have a good lifespan.
Swivels are always a worry about leaks, but the bottom swivel works well with no obvious leaks. A little seepage wouldn’t bother me but so far I’m not seeing much. The gun is a decent size and might be a little big for someone with smaller hands or younger teens, but fit me fine. In use it feels balanced well especially as I have a wand extension on it so its easily controllable and while I haven’t had a marathon session yet cleaning driveways I think it’s be comfortable enough for longer usage.
Overall a good gun. The only thing that would have been better was if they included the M22-14 adapter for the gun output so you could choose between the quick connect for using the nozzles directly on the gun or using extension wands. I bought the adapter separately and it wasn’t expensive, but would have been nice to have it included given the other items they have included.
