I’ve been using this water cooler for months now and it is amazing. It’s easy to load in the water jugs because of it being bottom loading. The water on the hot setting is decently hot and it’s pretty cold on the cold setting.

i love this cooler. its sleek, my in-laws have one that is all stainless and that one is also very nice and sleek. however, something with those dang buttons. they can be hard to push down. like the release doesn’t realize I’m filling up a bottle and wants me to work hard for that cold water! its on and off. i would buy this product again

Very easy to use, easy setup, great product and very satisfied. The water dispenser tells you when to change the gallon which is very helpful.

Before I bought this I looked up many water dispensers because if I was going to spend over $100 on one I wanted to make sure I got my money’s worth. Based on reviews on Amazon, Walmart, Target, Lowe’s, Best Buy and Home Depot (you can tell I looked up a lot of water dispensers) for water dispensers in the range of $120-$300, this one was the one that had the best reviews and the reviews where most consistent on all the websites I looked at, so I decided to buy this one. I am so glad I did, I have had it for about 6 months and it works amazing. The cold water is really cold and it’s very convenient to load it from the bottom. Overall I am very happy with my purchase and I have not experienced any problems with it. I would definitely recommend this water dispenser.

Cold water cold, hot water hot! Bottom load is so easy. I only wish that the lid on the bottle snapped in or was better secured. Maybe I’m not doing it right but it works.
