Our old washer finally failed after 16 years (average life span is 8 years!). Decided to buy a new one, and although our dryer was still working, we decided to replace that as well which comes with a discount if you purchase both. Delivery was delayed, but only by a few days and the Geek Squad installers were great. No issues there, and the new LG’s are fantastic.

The Best Buy tech had recommended this dryer due to a nice discounted price along with a matching washer! I was pleased and had them delivered and installed and works flawlessly! Highly recommended! Quiet fast efficient what more can you ask for? We do a lot of laundry and zero issues hasn’t skipped a beat!

We decided on this upgrade only due to the steaming feature, the set is beautiful, it does hold fingerprints but the color is stunning

My dryer is great. There is a large variety of settings to choose from. I live the fact that I have to options for opening the door side open or down. The fitted sheets don’t ball up and collect other pieces of clothing inside the pockets. The dry time is accurate as indicated by your selections. A nice bright light comes on when clothes are dry and a musical sound plays when cycle ends. The drop down door doesn’t go all the way down. You can’t use the beads to ad fragrance I use the dryer sheets or maybe I used to much the first time I might try again. This is a super product to but.

Thought it was going to be a happy investment, was I wrong. Clothes take long to dry on normal. Lint filter gets lint on ledge of machine an goes all over when you pull it out to clean. Got returned after trying to give it several tries. Not good. Not happy.

The only negative thing I have to say is the sensor that stops the dryer when it feels your clothes are dry is a bit off. Usually have to add more time but can always set the settings to a different mode. Love the steam option, hooks right up to the same washer hookup. Door opens to the side or downward which is a nice extra feature to have. Love this set!

This dryer is great! The “EasyLoad” door is the major selling point here. I thought it was more of a marketing gimmick, but I really do use the feature more than I thought I would, so I’ll start with that. The steam feature is a great bragging point, but I don’t find myself using it very often, but maybe it’s just my preference.
I have found that sometimes, the dryer does “sense” that the clothes are dry and they’re actually still quite damp. I know this isn’t a fault of a dirty lint trap or a clogged/restricted vent, so I do have to double check the clothes before I pull them out to make sure they’re as dry as I’ve selected them to be.
Other than that, the machine does a great job. The large size is great and it’s easy to use.
