I am using them a little off-label for intense African drumming on natural hide and have found that they give resonant sound and quick response with a less-aggressive attack. The hard foam on the narrow handles tends to wear blisters on my hands, though.

Great sticks, soft felt and nice grips! I don’t use these often, but when I do, I love them! Sound great, feel great, and play great!

Used in any kind of situations but almost used in hard-wearing conditions. No resistance problem. They do not deform and the wear is within the norm. The felt tips are still new. I strongly recommend purchasing.

These offer a great sound for ballads. If you’ve got a need for something more subtle than the usual nylon or wood tip mallet sound, these will probably do it. It’s worth it to buy a pair to keep in your stick bag just so you have the option.

They do the job but they don’t feel as nice to me as the harder felt style ends.

Great sticks for building your chops. My son uses these to increase his speed on his marching tenors. Really likes them and they have held up to more than their fair share of rim hits.

Very durable. Sticks don’t feel as comfortable as wooden ones. Nice sound and grips.

Recommended by the band teacher and shockingly made great sound and lasted through two drummer seasons and Mardi Gras madness and parades!!!
