This is really great! excellent choice according to your agent when i asked him for this…i love it too, learning back ,,, it’d been a while. I bought my son and my wife a computer, and after savings… i bought myself one.
Am using it particularly from organizing thousands of pictures i have taken. Easy and quick guides and tips left & right. Amazing help for easy task to be done. and a lot of wonderful suggestions at your fingertips…

I love my laptop computer. It was easy to set up and down load what I wanted. It is a very clear and sharp picture. I like the fingerprint function. It is a nice size for what I need.

So far, the laptop has been okay. Very fast and light, with the touch-screen being a nice feature, even though I don’t use it much. The slot for the AC adapter is in an awkward location, right next to one of only two USB ports. I am still not convinced that the battery life is that long. It seems to drain very quickly when I leave the laptop on sleep mode for an extended period of time. Lastly, the keyboard is a bit narrow; HP could’ve used more space towards the screen to spread out the keys a bit. Otherwise, this would’ve been a great buy for about 100 dollars less; maybe more.

Lap top easy to set up. Used software to migrate an old device. Boots very fast. Seems to have very good battery life. Have not used the finger print scanner yet. Screen resolution is great. Screen does not function great in high light scenarios, such as outdoors. Great in all indoor applications. Touch screen is great. Recommend getting a pen. Super light and bezel is small. Over all a great buy. USB ports and power ports are in an awkward position but you get used to it.

It’s a very nice laptop. I like the features of fingerpirimt and touch screen. It’s thin and sturdy. I really wanted this laptop but I found another laptop that was cheaper that was just like this. I had the open box – excellent geek squad certified and it was just as new. No flaws
Just keep in mind that you do have to keep your screen clean if your going to using the touch screen a lot.
I wasn’t feeling the camera quality it could be a little better.
Again I had this for a short amount of time and I had to decide which laptop I wanted and the other one was cheaper for me even tho this one had a great deal also.
If this is still available definitely hop on it for open box.

First off I have to mention the price, I got a great deal that was made even greater by price-matching. While the laptop was in transit the price dropped another hundred dollars so I decided to contact Best Buy and see what my options were. Well I was surprised how easy they made it to deal with price changes and get me the difference. I was ecstatic and didn’t even have the laptop yet.
Now the laptop itself runs amazing. I was upgrading for an older hp that had slowed down to a crawl and took a calendar year to open applications but only after the fan let me know that it was preparing for take off. It made online classes a nightmare. This new laptop runs like a dream; apps open instantly, webpages are fast, it heats up a bit but nothing a little ventilation can’t fix, and it can even play games. I was able to play portal after not having played since the orange box collection on ps3, it was great to hear GLaD0S again. I love this machine.

Very early for a review but everything was as expected except the lettering on the keyboard is very hard to read. Bolder lettering would have improved it’s use and my ratings.
