My microwave was delivered dented on one side , the box was perfeclty fine , but when I took it out of the box one side felt warped …I ran my hand across the other side and can ferl and see that one side was dentec …truly disappointed

I received my order (A Microwave Oven) which has a dent on the top. So no, I am not very happy. I dont believe this will effect the ability to work however, it is an unexpected disappointment. Also, when It was delivered, it was left in front of my garage door. My garage is not attached to my home and is approximately 100 feet from and out of view from my front door.

Great product easy function buttons. The only problem is it arrived severely damaged. It was damaged due Shipp. Appears something extremely large and heavy was dropped on it.

It seems every brand of microwave has a short lifespan of 1-2 years. I was super disappointed with our Oster brand that we bought last year and right after the warranty ended, it malfunctioned on us and started rusting badly. Then I read the reviews on it and saw others complained about the same issues. So I made sure to read the reviews for my next purchase and lo and behold every brand had several people mentioning that their unit lasted less than 2 years. So we opted for a cheap one and this was promising since it didn’t mention it going out prematurely but it did get mentioned several times that the units were dented. I figured it was a good risk. At least everyone said it worked well for a long time. Lo and behold, I opened the box to see the styrofoam broken on one corner and a nice little dent. It went back right away. After getting a replacement, we realized the last one didn’t have a turntable and some of the packaging to keep from scratches. What happened there???
Not sure if I would recommend. I didn’t dare try it out. And the replacement is a little different than this one.

Sorry not entire review on microwave. Bought as a gift and it did not ship in outer box as requested. Box was damaged and microwave was dented. Will not order large or fragile items from Walmart.com again. Microwave also not available in any store near me. Otherwise, nice looking microwave with great specs at a great price. Poor shipping and handling by carrier.

I have had this for 5 months. Bought it in Sept 2020. And it is rusting inside., along seams. NEVER had that happen before. Terrible!!!

Start button started peeling up with less than 2 weeks of use. Getting it replaced now. Seems to work fine otherwise.

Bought this one from Walmart 2 years ago. Was a decent microwave it did the job, yesterday it decided to stop heating after only having it for 2 years. I see why they only do 1 year warranty. You would be better off just buying one that has 10 year warranty so every couple years you wont be buying a new one.

Worked great for 3 months before it completely died, exchanged it for another identical microwave and that started failing after 3 months. would not recommend it as the first one could have been a freak thing but after second one, it has to be junk.
