Truly awesome case looks great on the I phone max pro and takes a beating! Also keeps dust and dirt out as well . Cleaning it up is easy as well a must buy for your I phone.

Hard to press buttons within the first 3 weeks then buttons seem easier to manage. Can get very fine particles before placing the IPhone Pro Max into the case so make sure to clean. Speakers may seem off at first just blow off any particles that maybe hidden in the speakers section. Speakers do make the phone sound louder after properly putting this case on to the phone. The case does not come with a pin to help open the two part shell so i suggest you use a nickel or quarter to crank open the case before trying to smash your brand new phone inside the case like I tried to do. This will cause the phone to appear much larger than it is and the case will make it much harder to grip if you have small hands. Medium or large hands will do fine with this product. Overall very sturdy, tough and worth every penny; whether you’re going to use this as a construction worker, scuba diver, clumsy teenager or a mother with active kids, this case should do the job.

I purchased 2 of these cases on 11/10/20 from Best Buy store #109 for $63.99 each. I’ve been very disappointed with the quality of the product and the lack of support from LifeProof.
My wife and I have been using these cases for our iPhone 12 Pro Max for just over 4 months when we noticed that the rubber began separating from the plastic case around the speakers on the bottom of the phone. (See attached pictures). Both cases have had this issue. The phone and phone case have been used normally, we’ve mostly been at home due to the pandemic. No opportunity to really test the limits of a phone case’s durability.
I submitted a warranty claim on LifeProof’s website. There was a disclaimer stating that they “are currently experiencing higher volumes and slower response times than normal. We appreciate your patience during this time.”
LifeProof required my purchase date, email, and credit card information for the submission. I submitted the warranty claim but received no confirmation email or automated response that a claim was submitted. I was just looped back to the original warranty claim page. It’s been almost a week since my first submission. No response from LifeProof.

It’s good case for my IPhone Pro 12 Max very durable better than otterbox for a clear and protective case it also has a charging port cover to prevent dust BUT I don’t like how it made my phone feel bulky, just the feeling of a bigger phone in my pocket is very uncomfortable if only it was more slimmer with same quality of and feature of protection I would rate it 5 star. I’m returning it since I got MOUS clear case and it’s better than otterbox it’s perfect in fit and protection but without the charging cover protection like the lifeProof.

I’ve had Lifeproof cases before and they actually do what they say. Almost all cases now days say military grade this and that. Well what does that really mean ya know. I was in the service and I know they don’t test phone cases. So it is what it is. Your phone won’t get jacked up in this case unless your one of the three stooges.

This is a well made case. It is two pieces, the phone sits inside the bottom/clear part of the case, then the top cover/ring snaps to the case holding the phone inside of it. It seems very durable.
It’s a bit larger than I’d like it to be but overall I think it will do what I need it to. I don’t want to break the phone.
I pair this with a glass screen protector from Amazon to complete the protection.

This is my second time having a case from this brand. It’s a nice case. Came as I suspected, but one downside is that the case scratches very easily. I’ve yet to drop my brand new phone and have already acquired a rather large scratch less than 24 hrs after having the case. I guess I’d rather the case have a scratch than my new phone, but still, it’s quite a pricey case for it to be so scratch prone. Also, if you don’t want any additional bulk added to your phone, I’d recommend a different case.

Great case that definitely keeps your expensive investment protected but it adds significant heft to the phone. Almost half a inch perhaps overall which is crazy maybe even more. If you use a car mount with the little arms it will barely fit. It just barely fit in my ravpower Qi charger mount and iottie mount with no room to spare. The case is fairly thin however so it’s not like you’re putting a oversized brick into your pocket. It also adds some weight to the phone. However the protection it offers is superb no dust gets inside the case at all which is wonderful. The clear plastic does have some rainbow effect so that’s something to keep in mind. If you don’t mind bulking up the size of your phone it’s a good case to get. I have not used MagSafe accessories yet so I can’t attest to the performance of the magnets but charging will work. The back is very snug to the phone to allow wireless charging to function.
