I purchased these mounting bases to tie some cables in my man-cave thinking that for the price they will do a better job than other products. After using and comparing these against similar products, I do not consider them better than the competition. Both products serve their function and in both products the glue backing came off after a few days. I had to use screws to hold them in place. The biggest disappointment was that the package holds only 5 pieces and the price is almost similar to the competition that sells their products in bags of 100 pieces. The description in Amazon is really deceiving!

This makes them pretty much useless for purposes of attaching to the wall that has a textured surface and holding anything with some kind of weight. And you you only get five, so the value is not there either.

I was running wires in a reconditioned boat. I needed a way to cleanly and safely run the wire loom. I searched Amazon and found these and some others. I compared them all and I purchased these and WOW and I glad. They stick (let them cure) and they made the job look very professional. I was very generous with them so as not to strain them or the loom. I was very proud. I got 8″ zip ties to go with them and it all worked out great and beautiful. Would I buy them again? Yes, but I still have a lot left over; for the next boat!

Product came as advertised; purchased the 100 pack and got the 100 pack. Works like any other mounting base. I applied many bases on an upside down surface. Adhesion is pretty good. It can come off with a moderate amount of force, but the ones that are just anchor points are holding up.
Solid purchase for wire management needs.

I have used this product for several years now and the product itself is outstanding for securing wires and keeping electronic neatly organized. The reason for the low rating is because the product on Amazon is misleading, I thought I was ordering a package of 45 mounting bases, not 5! That is almost a dollar a piece, and I can get them for about 10 cents each at home depot. I would highly recommend the product, just from a different supplier.

Decent but I have got to be more careful in reading the descriptions. I thought they were for 25 or 50 of them. Course that is my fault but like I say I have got to be more careful in reading the description.

it works on any reasonable clean flat surface but doesn’t have the strength to hold anything exherting forces over 8lbs.
