When the drain is closed there is a slow leak so the tub doesn’t fill with water. Super disappointed. Not sure how to replace it or maybe I got a bad drain.

Likes: Excellent finish on metal parts. Tiptoe drain stopper is metal, weighty, and a quality part. Hardware is nice.
Dislikes: Gaskets that come with are not super quality. Would’ve preferred PVC pipe.

Missing 6” piece. Supposed to install today, but now I get to drive to the store tomorrow to buy schedule 40 that was supposed to be there. Two stars for having the matte black finish I needed. Minus three for not including all parts

I purchased this for my home Reno I am doing. My SO and I needed this ASAP and ordered it as delivery time was supposed to be quick. We were nervous because everywhere else the price sky rockets and we wanted something that is good value as this cannot be replaced after without ruining the bathtub.
It was amazing quality! The black paint job is impeccable and no chipping in site, very sturdy and made well. Shipping was a nice surprise even during the pandemic, it arrived in 1 day.
We are happy with the purchase and would recommend.

The supplied seal is of poor quality and leks. We had to pay for a new seal from the plumber installing along with additional labour. The seller refused to supply any sort of credit or support for this which clearly is an ongoing issue with this product now that I have read the reviews.

Product worked as advertised and the colour was great, however the long piece of abs was too short and the screws provided were too big or the drilled holes were too small and colour was stripped off of them while trying to install.

All the fitting when dry fitted together aren’t snug like they typically should be. Makes me a bit nervous being that they will be subjected to large amounts of water and buried out of sight. Also the down tube from the overflow to the TY fitting is a half inch to short for my maax tub. I’ll make it work but a longer piece of abs that can be cut to length and tighter fittings would make this worth the cost. FYI the picture has the TY fitting in the wrong orientation, the schematic has it correct.

Bought in May for a bathroom renovation. Just renovating now and the overflow cover is missing. Had to purchase a temporary chrome one from Home Depot and now I’m forced to purchase a new matte black piece to complete the look. I never verified what was in the box as I’ve never had an issue before with missing components.

Really needed this kit and it came incomplete- the essential piece at the bottom of the stopper is not here.

waste and overflow are ABS and installed very easy. nice finish. if you know how to install, its a breeze.
