Products are great for my printer, only use OEM all others don’t work well w/my printer. However had problems with delivery. I am a prime member and it said it would only take 2 day for delivery! Yeah, cuz I was just about out…Ordered on April 13, 2018 should have received by April 16, 2018…by April 18 @ 6:20 pm. EST, I did a live chat w/Amazon trying to figure out what the heck is going on,.,.. Really nice customer rep. & helped me to receive my issue and it was delivered April 19 by 9:30 am EST. Guess I will never order on Friday the 13th ever again. lol

The printer ink is sharp and clear without smudging, and it works perfectly on my printer. It’s worth the cost I’m very pleased and plan to purchase ink in the future from this seller. Thank-you.

I have had trouble in the past with recycled cartridges that leave build-up in my machine and streaking. Been using Brother brand for my machine the last few years. It costs a lot more, but you have peace of mind it won’t cause problems.

I acquired a Brother MFC-9320CW all-in-one printer last year and was very disappointed when the “toner low” message popped up in the menu window after running only 50 or so copies. Finally at approximately 250 copies, the toner in all three color cartridges ran out, so I was obliged to replace them. The first few pages were a bit light, but now the cartridges perform better than the originals that came with the unit. Cartridges are super easy to install and colors are vivid. Time will tell if I actually get the 1400 copies stated on the package, but if not, there’s a way to extend cartridge life. Just Google the Brother printer model and add “toner override” then scroll down the forum for instructions.
After another 500 or so pages, the original black toner cartridge gave the “toner low” indicator, so I replaced it with an OEM cartridge and everything is working wonderfully. I have to say, however, that I am disappointed that Brother would install such minimal usage cartridges for their printers. Total cost to replace all four was $200. As for the print quality, though, I couldn’t be happier.

I print a LOT, and I always buy my cartridges from Amazon because they are SO much cheaper than anywhere else!
I would like to add that my brother printer, always alerts me that the cartridges need changing a LONG time before they actually do, you can ignore this for ages, but finally it will stop printing and demand that you change the cartridge. But still, there is a lot of toner left! For the eco and budget minded customer, you can easily reset this to continue printing until you have used ALL of your toner Why pay for stuff you don’t use, especially as many of us take the cartridges in for recycling – do they go back to Brother? Does Brother clean them out before refilling? Or do they just reclaim what is left and resell it? I dont know, but I want what I paid for, Brother!
So, to use ALL of your toner, simply lift the whole lid up as if changing a cartridge, click the clear/back button while the lid is up, scroll through the cartridge colors until the color that is “empty” is on the lcd screen (for those who are unsure, K is black, M is magenta, Y is… yes it’s yellow! and C is blue (cyan) Then click the OK button, then you will be asked 1.for reset, 2. for cancel. You should probably click 1 to reset, at this point. Close lid. Taa Daa! Cartridge is reset and you will get many, many more prints out of the cartridge before you notice any deterioration in your prints. Shame on you, Brother!

Based on the few reviews on this product, at first I wasn’t too sure if I should buy it or not because one person said it is OEM, while another said it is not. I needed a new toner cartridge rather than just refills, so I went for it. Received it quite quick (1 week). What can I say?? … it sure looks like an original (Brother box, packaging, etc.), so I don’t know. All that matters is it works fine and the print quality is good as well. Only time will tell and I will see how many pages I get from this.

We received the package quickly and it was packaged sufficiently to protect the cartridge. No complaints. Oh–if you’re getting notification that you HAVE to replace your toner immediately and cannot print anymore until you do, I found override instructions (google can be great!) that has reset my printer and I’m printing away without changing my toner cartridge. I can’t believe how much toner would have been wasted if I had simply replaced the cartridge as instructed! OK–this is what I did (I did this 3 months ago and have had no problems.):
Turn on the machine. Once the machine has completed the start up process, open the toner access door. The LCD screen should say that it is open. While the door is open, press the Clear/Back button. You will then see the toner reset menu. If you have the starter cartridges, click the “TNR-STR” and the color and then reset. Do this for all the colors. If you have the high yield cartridges go to “TNR-STD” and reset all the colors. I wish I could remember who I got this from. I have these instructions taped to my printer.

I love this printer, although you have to override the feature that automatically stops printing when the toner is low. I’ve found that I get many pages of good quality copies even after the printer said that the toner was out, but you have to manually reset. It appears that there are a couple of warnings. One warning lets you know that you’re getting low on toner, at which point you better buy another cartridge. The printer keeps printing, so no problem.

Then later, in my case many weeks later, another warning kicks in and completely stops you from printing. You could just replace the cartridge, or what I do is override this and just keep printing until I decide that I don’t like the look anymore. You’ll lose a little paper at some point because you’ll have to reprint, but paper is cheap and toner is expensive so it seems like a good trade-off to me.

Here’s how it works on my machine. Yours might be a little different, so experiment to make it work, but just remember that there should be a way to override and keep printing even though the toner’s low:

    1. Open the door as if you’re going to replace the toner (but don’t replace).
    2. You might have to press the “menu” button.
    3. Press the “clear” button.
    4. Scroll with the down arrow until you see the color that has “run-out”
    5. Press “OK” to reset (#1 on my machine)
    6. Finally close the door again. The printer should now reset itself and keep printing. You might have to press “start” or cycle the power on and off again.
    7. Remember that you’re almost out of toner, so make sure that you have a replacement cartridge available.

    Enjoy!

This works as expected with my Brother printer. I’d give it 5 stars but Brother charges a lot for replacement genuine OEM toner.

Tel que mentionné par le vendeur, cartouche scellée. Je n’ai pas encore utilisé. Mais emballage de la cartouche original de Brother. Excellent rapport qualité prix.
