The Sealey brand was chosen for the ability to vary the firmness for individual sides of the mattress. The Englander brand, disappointingly, did not include that option. The shipping container had been opened and the mattress removed before I realized the brand difference, but I went ahead and set it up according to directions. The result was as good as anticipated (except for the individual adjustment feature). It was deflated the next day and packed into the carry bag. I’m not certain what can or should be done to correct the error. Please contact me.

I got this Englander King air mattress. I did not use it for a long time after purchase & it was well past the return point when I realised that it does not stay inflated over night. It is very confortable, just a pain that if you don’t keep inflating it through the night, you wake up almost on the floor.
For the cost of this air bed ($200). . Steer clear.

We use one at our cottage and loved it so much we got one for home. My husband is 6′ 6″, it’s the first bed he slept in that his feet don’t hang over the end. We have never slept better. We did have a defective seam on the top after 6 months but after an email with a picture of what was wrong we received a new bed within 10 days. I was very happy with Mayfair’s great customer service and would highly recommend them.

Every bed we looked at on Amazon many reviews claim, doesn’t hold air, or cheap quality. After researching beds on Amazon we knew the Brand Englander because we have a real Englander mattress in our bedroom which we love. I wanted to get a good air mattress since we have our family in and out of town and sometimes we need more than just the spare bedroom for sleeping space. Out of all the airbeds I have had over the years this really is top of the line so I can say you honestly get what you do get what you pay for!
The fact that it was the only microfiber airbed we saw peaked my interest, our prior airbeds were mainly plastic sides with a velvety like top. This air mattress is fully Microfiber, durable material, and extremely light weight to move around. When we blew it up it inflated in under 2 minutes and seems to be built like a tank, very similar to a real bed. The bed is SO comfortable, I am not even kidding it literally sleeps like a real mattress. Another thing I noticed was after we blew it up like they stated this bed did not have a foul odor that stuck around like others claimed they had. It had that brand new smell and after about an hour there was no odor at all.
Englander is a good Brand and has been around for a long time so for me spending the extra $20 bucks over the leading ones we saw was well worth the money. I would rather pay a little more and have the it last than cheap out on it and have my guest experience be unpleasant. We are thinking about getting another for our Airbnb in Denver since it will allow some more people to stay and we trust they will have a good sleep experience. One thing I will note, this held air the whole time, the instructions did say to top it off with some air after 24 hours because the microfiber material will stretch. The warranty on it was the best we saw on Amazon, many beds we looked at only had 30 days! The company keep us n the loop when the bed shipped and sent another message after we received it checking in to see if we had any questions. I like that they put their customer service information on the bed along with the phone number in case there are any issues, quality products and good support go a long way with me. Spend the extra money and give it a try, I am sure you will have the same experience we have

I really loved everything about this mattress when I got it. It was so comfortable and I slept so well on it. Now, two weeks later it is leaking air. I went to bed and an hour later I woke up to half a bed. I got up and refilled it and went back to sleep. Another hour goes by and I wake up again to half a bed. I refilled it and went back to bed. An hour later I woke up to half a bed and grumbled to myself and just went back to sleep. In the morning I woke up to a rough night’s sleep and a flat bed. I always topped off the mattress every couple of days when it would start to give a little and that was fine by me. But this would not stop deflating even though all valves were closed. And I also did a test run during the day when I wasn’t laying on it and it deflated anyway. For the price I thought I would get a better functioning air mattress, but sadly it wasn’t to be. I will be returning it tomorrow. As I said I really DID like it, but it wasn’t any better when it came to actually using it than any other air mattress.
*Please note that I am updating my review from a one star to a 5 star. Customer service contacted me about my disappointment in this air mattress due to the problems. I explained to them what had happened and they immediately kept in touch with me and sent me a new one. I haven’t been able to try it out, but I honestly think that there’s a bad apple in every bunch, and I happened to get it. I have never had Customer Service that was so willing to make sure that I would be happy with my purchase. Heck, I’ve never had Customer Service contact me first. A truly amazing mattress and company. Highly recommend.

My husband and I get guests in out of town quite a bit and our daughter always has sleepovers so we decided to get an air mattress. Our daughter is 6 years old so you can imagine we were looking for something that will hold up to wear and tear. We read a lot of other reviews about airbeds not holding air so I have to admit I was skeptical only because for the longest time we had an Aerobed that we got at Bed, Bath & Beyond and it SUCKED!
This one has surpassed my expectations, my daughter and her friends love it and they both fit easily in it. It will easily fit two adults, I am 5’4 and my husband is 6’2 and we have plenty of space on it. It is nice and high off the ground and inflates in minutes. What an amazing warranty and the company sent the warranty card as well. The bed had all the customer service info on it along with a phone number and all the instructions, it was pretty nice because the instructions are right on the bed itself. My queen sheets fit perfectly. We have only had it for a little while but it seems like a long term keeper!

We’ve had this since November. Used it a few times over the holidays and then pulled it out today to set up and found this. I’m not sure if the pictures do it justice, the bulge is very large. It’s also in a spot that can’t be comfortable regardless of how you turn it. I hope I hear from the seller as it did say there was a 5 year warranty.

Great product for comfort. Ease of use. Bad the big hump that appeared in the mattress after 3 months of use. The good 5 year warranty the problem was resolved immediately. Unfortunately they were sold out of mattresses but gave a full refund immediately!! So the 3 star rating is somewhere in the middle. Honestly a great product if working. Bad when that’s all you have to sleep on and it doesn’t perform as it should. Customer service top notch.

I’ve had this for less than 2 months. Some kind of internal seam has came loose and made a big old bubble on the mattress. When I first got it I was impressed it seems to be very strong and I felt good about it. it was one of the more expensive ones compared to what’s out there but it didn’t last any longer the one you can get at Walmart for $20. If this gets fixed, replaced or whatever after I contact the manufacturer I will change this review. …Update…I contacted the manufacturer and sent photos of what happened they sent me another one within 4 days excellent customer service!! If you have a problem at least they will replace it That’s good enough for me. Overall I’m happy with this product now
