We have never had a fake tree, but this year we just didn’t want to deal with everything that comes from a real tree, after a lot of research, I decided on this one, because lets be honest, the price is pretty good for a 7.5 tall tree. I didn’t know what to expect, but knew that ‘fluffing’ would have to happen before the tree looked like a tree…I am so happy and excited I decided on this one. It’s huge, and you can not tell it isn’t a real tree. I am very impressed with how it turned out. I like how each layer is hinged, making it easier to fluff. I just tied the upper layers up, worked on the layer beneath, and then I’d move up, and repeat the process. I also did the bottom layer, removed it from the pole insert, inserted the second level, fluffed, removed from the pole insert, and then put the sections in place. It made fluffing so much easier. I just held the top section in my hands to fluff before putting it on the top of the pole.

Not worth 306 plus for shipping to Canada. The needles are just like any other run of the mill generic department store tree. Not realistic as described. Also the top 5 inches are basically just just 1 floppy tree branch. There is essentially no true top the the tree. Just pole and pick which branch you like best to be the topper. I wouldn’t recommend. Also one of the blue tier branches was broke upon arrival. The bracket isn’t even in the box which means it shipped broken. Do not recommend to anyone looking a realistic tree or looking for a deal considering the value. Edit on November 27 2020, many pieces of greenery have fallen off some of the fold down branches. It’s been not quite a month it’s up. Approximately 3 or 4 ish weeks. This is a terrible value.

We usually get a real tree, but the past couple of years we’ve had bad luck with live trees that dried out almost immediately. This is a good quality tree, for a price that lands somewhere between the cheap live trees at the big box stores and the expensive ones at the independent tree lots. It llooks full,, and it didn’t drop any little plastic needles while I was setting it up. (That’s one of the problems with the super cheap ones.)
If you remember the old school trees where you had a hundred little color coded branches that had to be sorted and put in the right slots, you’ll appreciate the hinged design and the fact that it comes in just 2 parts. You do have to spend a little time unbending and spreading all the branches, but that’s part of the fun. I got ours set up in about 30 minutes.
This is an attractive tree, and the needles are a natural looking color. We bought the 4.5″ one because we have pets, and big trees tend to end up on the floor, or get used as a bathroom. We set up the small tree on a low end table, and once it’s all decorated it has the feel of a bigger tree, without the problems.
I can’t imagine why anyone would be unhappy with this tree. That said, just about any tree can look pretty once it’s all decorated. So if you’re stressing about what tree to buy, don’t worry. Whether it’s this one, a cheaper one, bigger one, or a more expensive one, any tree can make your holiday special.

This is absolutely the best christmas tree I have owned. I opted to not go for prelit so that I could get a tree with the highest tip count and keep the cost lower. Wear gloves to fluff the branches or your arms will get scratched up.

I bought my tree in September to get a head start on Christmas shopping. I haven’t fully fluffed it out. I’ll provide a picture when I put all Christmas decorations up in December.
I set it up half way to get an idea of the width. 6.5 feet works well in a small apartment. It’s perfect for our space. It’s heavy set because it’s metal so I recommend getting someone to help you if you’re on the smaller or weaker side. WEAR GLOVES. Long sleeves too if you have it. The pine needles are very sharp. I didn’t even fluff out the branches yet and my entire hand and half of my arms are covered in scratches.
Update: It doesn’t look quite as full as the advertisment picture. It could be because most of the branches are flattened. It looks well enough. It’s not entirely cheap looking. I’ve had my share of tiny bare trees, so this is not the worst of them. I will be filling with garlands and more picks. With the price I’m paying for garlands, I could have just bought a better quality tree. It took about 3 hours for me to fluff by myself.

I couldn’t wait to write this review!! I would give this tree 10 stars if I could. **Proper setup is key!!**
4.5 foot tree is very full and lifelike. (See close-up pic of branches.) For those who said it isn’t full; I suggest going back and doublecheck that you separated all your individual shoots on your branches. It is easy to have two together and not realize you haven’t separated them or angled them properly to fill in any spaces. Some branches had 15 shoots each. (In fact in my video, I found more than the 10 which I counted.) That makes for one full tree! Had I not gone back and taken the time, I might not have noticed. The more time you spend “fluffing” the better and fuller the end result. (Appx 1 hour and worth it.) Don’t be afraid to bend (carefully) and curve the individual branches. I found varying the direction and curving some slightly at different angles to be very helpful. Note: Some said the needles pinch…maybe a little; BUT, I see that as a good thing…nice stiff lifelike needles, not flimsy. Also, for the 4.5 foot tree: One 300 light strand did the trick for me. Excellent tree for small spaces. Great value. I am very well satisfied. Please look at the photos and the how to video. Hope this review helps. Happy Holidays.

I haven’t really bothered with writing a review before, honestly this is my first Amazon review EVER, but this tree DESERVED it. I read the reviews on this tree and chose it based on them. I REALLY don’t understand the negative reviews. Put the effort into the tree. Is fluffing a pain, sure, time consuming, yeah. BUT, my husband and I spent an entire week looking at artificial trees. Lowe’s, Home Depot, Costco, Sam’s Club, Michaels, Hobby Lobby, Kohl’s, Target, Walmart, Tjmaxx, Homegoods, Balsam Hill, ETC. In this homemaker’s humble opinion, this tree is a STEAL and completely worth the time spent to fluff. I spent maybe 30 minutes to an hour fluffing but only because I’m a painstakingly stubborn perfectionist. We had a real tree last year, and this tree looks legit, with no need to water and sweep stems. The “branches” are sturdy and have withstood grabbing from rambunctious toddler fingers. I absolutely recommend this tree. Can’t wait to decorate it with my family.

Very full, easy-to-put-together Christmas tree. I did not listen to the other reviewers when they said to wear gloves, but I SHOULD have, because this is the pokiest, pointiest, scratchiest tree I’ve ever assembled. I grew up with fake Christmas trees, so I’m no stranger to the occasional scratch from a piece of metal, but even the “needles” on this tree are very stiff and scratchy. Still, the look is very nice. It’s actually pretty wide even at the top, which I like. Our ceiling is a tad low for the 7.5 ft tree, but I just bent the tallest branch down and it fits just fine. We’ll see what happens when we try to put the star on, though! 😉
The needles are that flat plastic (see attached photo), so they don’t look all that real up close, but once all the decorations are on it you won’t even notice. I’m very happy with the purchase. For the price I am extremely satisfied. Bought it on Prime and it arrived in two days. It definitely beats our old tree!
