I’m pretty skeptical when it comes to gummy supplements, but I’ve had issues swallowing, have slow digestion, and take enough pills as it is so I thought I’d give these a try. Let’s be honest- In order to get a real, good, healthy dose of probiotics you need to have live cultures, but for what it is, I was very pleasantly pleased! These are a nice, soft gummy. You can chew, melt or dissolve in your mouth. I have issues with digestion, IBS-c, and acid reflux. I’ve found these to personally be helpful with all of them. They say twice a day but I’ll admit, I’ve taken an extra here and there if I ate something heavy after I had already taken it earlier. They seem to be most effective in the morning and at night or after meals. My only complaints are the cultured smell and moisture as you get to the end of the jar and the fact that these taste so good, it’s hard not to eat just one!

I typically take a much bigger dosage of probiotics but I usually refrigerate them. I needed to keep something on my desk at work so I didn’t forget to take them and these seemed okay for the price. I’ve never taken a gummy and it was mire like a treat. They taste great but I have nothing to compare it too. They did give me an upset stomach the first few days but after that I was fine.

Unfortunately the return window has closed. I had not used it for a few weeks. When I finally used it – by second day after blowing up painfully, I got better then used it once more (giving it a chance) and ended up having such a distended stomach that I passed out to the point that I ended up in with husband calling 911, in emergency room and two days later finally well enough to go home.
Do not use this product. One star only to get this review posted. Otherwise beyond minus stars.

I am about to leave a very honest review of this product. Sit tight, lots to type. I have the unfortunate experience of being an IBS sufferer, and even more unfortunately, it doesn’t mean what most think, which is that I just need to use the bathroom a lot. My illness mimics the look and feel just as badly, if not worse, in symptomology to my mother’s, who has Crohn’s. Crohn’s is a disease, mine is a “disorder” that just feels and acts like one. Lately, my flare ups have been awful. I can barely eat, and most times when I do I experience awful nausea as well, another uncommon but very real symptom of IBS. My stomach gets bloated, I get acid reflux/indigestion, and I’m just miserable. My whole body feels it, almost like it’s autoimmune or something. This is IN ADDITION TO needing to use the bathroom repeatedly after eating. Get the picture? Yea, stomach issues run in my family and I hit the lottery on having a myriad of health issues at a very young age. I was desperate, I wanted and felt I needed a probiotic, but wasn’t sure what to get. I was also nervous because some probiotics apparently can make my kind of symptoms even worse. I researched and researched and found these. They have a high cfu unlike most, come in gummy form, also unlike most, and also serve other purposes and have other benefits which is just a bonus. I took 2 the first day and forgot about it. I hadn’t eaten all day because I was sick of feeling so awful; I’d had a bad flare the day prior, and it seemed like nothing I did could settle my stomach besides not eating. Of course, you can’t do that forever, and later on that evening I ate. To my surprise, I did not feel sick even the slightest and couldn’t figure out why. I thought about what was different about this day and remembered that I did take these gummies, but didn’t want to get too excited yet. How could they work that fast? Must be a fluke. Day 2, yesterday, I ate a high-fat meal, huge trigger for me, and something that usually leaves me bloated and sick for hours, if not a few days. I did have my typical “bathroom issues”, but guys, that’s MY normal. And for how sick I’ve been for months, I welcomed a sense of normalcy. The entire time, no sickness. No stomach problems. I figured, it MUST be the gummies. Today is only day 3 and I still have ZERO nausea. I could cry. I was so sick. So, so sick. I should go see my G.I. doctor, yes, but I limit going out due to the pandemic. I can handle bathroom trips, but the sickness was unbearable. That was an urgent need to address, even before getting in to see my specialist, and this product did it. I cannot believe it. A GUMMY! Well, 2, completely changed my life. I can eat. I can sleep. I can feel normal. I can live. It feels so good. Honestly and in further full disclosure, I dislike the taste. They aren’t good. But they WORK. I still use the bathroom, but hope maybe with continued use they will help that, too. If they do nothing else though except what they have, in only THREE days, I will be a forever customer. This probiotic saved me. I am so grateful.

The only problem with these gummies is that they’re so tasty that I find myself wanting to grab more than the recommended amount per day. And to fellow vegans – the lack of animal products in the ingredients is a big plus!

I have been taking these for about a year. Who knows if they do any good, but I like the taste and they are easy to take.
Be advised I just received 2 bottles of these today (5/19/21) and both bottles expire in less than 2 months. That sucks.
The price was pretty good and now I know why.
Both bottles have some “inspected by Amazon” stickers stuck on them.
For me anyway, that just makes the purchase feel even more shady..
Your mileage may vary, but I’m done buying these..
Amazon needs to up their inventory management game..

I’ve always struggled going to the restroom. If I got lucky, I would go 2 times a week. I often felt bloated and sick after a meal, and just felt gross knowing I was keeping all the waste in my system. I even went to get an endoscopy because my stomach would cramp and hurt for days at a time. Thankfully everything came back normal. So I started searching up on probiotics/prebiotic supplements and found this little magic in a bottle. The taste is great and the ratio seems to be what I need. I’ve been taking 2 gummies every morning for about 2 months. I wash it down with a warm glass of water (not sure if this helps). AND OH BOY OH BOY! It’s go time every morning. I hit the restroom 30-40 minutes after taking it and it’s easy and satisfying. No pain, no discomfort. A great way to start my day. I’ve subscribed! I’m on my second bottle now and enjoying every bit of it. I’ve never tried any other brands, but this one seems to work for me, so I am going to stick to it. Great product!

I used to get these from Target, to help keep away yeast infections, but ever since the virus hit I wanted to avoid going into stores so I started ordering them. They are exactly as when I got them from Target and they taste amazing! You take two everyday and they are so freaking delicious and chewy. They honestly taste like candy; one of my favorite parts of waking up every morning!
