I write reviews infrequently, but wanted to share my experience in case it helps others. A couple weeks after taking these vitamins, I started getting really bad stomach pain, most in the lower abdomen region, to the point where I was in pain all day and all night. Meds didn’t help at all, so I got a virtual doctor’s appointment. Based on my symptoms they advised I needed to go directly to the ED for evaluation, thinking my appendix was going to burst. I had a CT scan but it came back clean. I left the hospital (thousands of dollars poorer) and continued to have the pain. It finally dawned on me… could it be the vitamins? I discontinued use and after 2 days, everything cleared up. Be careful with these!!

I don’t eat my veggies like mama taught me and these tablets help with that. The dosage is high for what I like so they get broken in half which does not help the taste but I get twice the mileage from a bottle that way. It seems when I try other similar and often much more expensive options they don’t give me the same energy and regularity of digestive function. For the price and performance these are a 5 star supplement to me.

The best multivitamin Ive tried, but I don’t understand why they went overkill on the B vitamins. You just pee 98% of that straight out. I like the inclusion of reishi. I haven’t googled each ingredient to see how well it absorbs in the form included in these tablets. I’d recommend doing that, as well as just taking half a tablet per day after eating some fats to help absorption. I just dont think our bodies could absorb all of this in one shot.

It’s tough to gauge how much better one can feel with supplements. But this will definitely give you a nice boost. I’ve been told that I seem more focused and aware. I also started taking the supplement when I made a few changes to my lifestyle, such as eating better and exercising more. Overall I feel much better than I did prior. Sometimes my schedule and life will get in the way and I might miss a few days, and I usually feel myself be more down, lethargic, and like my body was missing something.
If you’re making changes to your life and want a boost, this is great. THIS IS NOT A MAGIC “MAKE YOU FEEL GREAT” SUPPLEMENT, if you don’t put in the work this will not help.

These are okay. I noticed that whenever I’d take them I wouldn’t have as much energy during the day. It’s like it makes me feel sluggish. I ran a test where I wouldn’t take this on other days and those days I had energy. I did show this to my Doctor to see if they were okay. He said there seems to be quite a bit of ingredients in this and maybe more than most multi-vitamins. He didn’t see anything inherently wrong with any of the ingredients, but alluded that some could have negative reactions to some or any of those extra ingredients. And said it’s safe to take this overall but to check to see how you’re doing on it. If you noticed unwanted effects, then just stop taking it. Simple enough.

I give the ‘Alive’ brand 5-stars for making affordable, high quality multivitamins with less fillers. However, I give this specific product 1-star…why would the product sold as ‘Men’s Ultra Potency’ have 1/2 the amount of Magnesium (a very important nutrient for men) than the ‘Mens Energy’ product, also made by Nature’s Way?

I bought these for my husband and they work great! Anytime I notice he’s low on energy, I am sure to give him his vitamins and he’s more energetic for the rest of the day. I take the one for women every day. It kids meal and even energy level all day. I am a teacher so the energy is much needed during the day but even more so when I am at home after school to help my own kids. Get it! It is worth it.

La única pega es que comprarlo desde España te cuesta el doble en comparación al precio de venta que tiene en Estados Unidos. Por todo lo demás, perfecto, cumple al 100%.
Por cierto, la orina amarilla fluorescente es debido al Riboflavin (Vitamin B2).

There are so many wordings and i failed to see.. Men’s (50+).. and therefore certain vitamins have a reduced dosage.

This is my favorite multi because it is probably the only one I know for sure makes a difference. It gives me a overall well being feeling. I only notice this on days I take it. I take other supplements for brain function and mood, so this either really boosts the others or is the key element. I’ve tried all the other top brands in my 40 years of life and I’m sticking with these.
