I am picky about my shirts, I expect Izod shirts to fit me better than local store brands (looking at you Croft and Barrow), shirt fits very well and I’ll be ordering more. I’m a big dude so finding stuff is hard…these are nice…
and I’ll add….Whether we wanted it or not, we’ve stepped into a war with the Cabal on Mars. So let’s get to taking out their command, one by one. Valus Ta’aurc. From what I can gather, he commands the Siege Dancers from an Imperial Land Tank just outside of Rubicon. He’s well protected, but with the right team, we can punch through those defenses, take this beast out, and break their grip on Freehold.

I love the IZOD Big and Tall Advantage Performance shirts that I have purchased. I have purchased five shirts recently and I enjoy the way that the shirts fit. I am 6’1″ tall and I weigh approximately 240 pounds and I have been wearing a 2XL shirt tall. The shirts are long and comfortable. I have noticed that the shirts display a minimal amount of shrinking. The material of the shirts breaths well, is comfortable and is overall a great shirt.
Lost in the Crowd –
I wanted to review this Izod polo for my son and I chose an XLT and a 2XT because he’s so broad in the shoulders that I didn’t know which size would work better for him. I’ve enclosed pictures of both sizes and how they fit my teen son.
The extra large will suffice but the 2x gives him a lot of extra to move around. So I think it could go either way, he’s six feet tall and approximately 220 pounds. He’s built like a linebacker so I think with this particular polo you have to take into account shoulder width, height, arm length and any element of shrinkage to figure out what size would be best for you.
I like the fact that this shirt has the natural stretch to it, the navy blue color is true to what you see in the description on the product page and the collar does not bend in seven different directions, it stays in place. The arm length and the overall hem length is perfect. The logo has great placement and I like the blue lining piece around the collar. Some may see it as a decorative piece but I see it as helping hold the shirts integrity. Nice polo!

Update: They went to two buttons instead of three. Doesn’t fit right – only one button and it’s too casual – too open. With the top button buttoned it is way too tight and distorts the collar. Won’t buy again.
I like the fit of this shirt. I’m 6’5″ and 240 and it fits me fine (XLT). The fabric is a little thicker than many other polo shirts and I like that. The short sleeves are long too, almost to my elbow. I also like it that it has three buttons instead of two.

had several 5xl Izod heritage polo all cotton which fit great and the length aswell, these are 60% cotton and fit just the same good for around 60-62inch chest, would recommend.

I bought many of these shirts and love them. the color of this one so great.
I wear 4x and the 4x is a bit tight but fits. I also bought the 5x but is a bit loose on me so it all depends on how you like to wear them.
The shirt is very affordable and have a comparable quality of my 150$ tommy bahamas shirts.
So big thumb up Izod and thanxs to make these affordable even in large sizes.

I am a bigger guy and usually wear 2XB or sometimes 3XL if they are not bulky looking. When you have a belly it is difficult to find a good fitting shirt and one that also has enough length to cover your belly when moving around. This shirt overall fits all of the above although personally I wouldn’t mind just a little more room for a 2XB however for most this will be the perfect fit.
I love the fabric and the design looks great as well. I will buy more.

Originally I was really impressed with these shirts. I ordered a red and black. I am 6’4” and finding a shirt long enough is often difficult. These fit perfectly. They looked good and were really thick. They are heavy cotton shirts. Here are the cons. After a month of use they look like they are a year old. The color did not hold well especially the black one. They are also extremely hot. The collars are no longer laying down like they did when new. I would not buy again and can only give them an ok rating. For the price point, I expected more especially from a name brand shirt. I am going to try and find some with less cotton and more polyester. You can get the same quality from a cheaper shirt all day long.

I am not really that tall 5’10″… however these shirts are the perfect fit for me.
I am pretty broad, about 52″ in the chest which takes up some of length of the shirts. When standing the shirt rests pretty much just covering the very top of the back pockets of my jeans… i am of the cool generation that wears their pants a bit low like right at the hips.
I have 4 black ones, one navy and one green. They all hold up to washing really well.
I have another IZOD polo that is all back no red embellishments the collar does not stay as nice as these it likes to curl. i would recommend these over that one.

Amazon thanks for carrying big men sizes, its become impossible for me to buy clothes in-store, especially pants and shirts, sometimes I feel the system wants to marginalise the fat persons.
Also thanks for rendering the buying process easy with step by step measuring guides and indications.
It fit perfectly the first time!!!! I love the polo and the price was fair.

Shirts are OK. I bought a bunch for this summer, and basically they are just OK. They look good on you the first time, but they get out of shape after a few trips in the washing machine. Collars are funky, curl up, necks get wonky, just not great material for the long haul. I’d prefer a more contemporary material and a shirt that lasted, rather than a cheap one that does not. Not bad, but not good either.

I’ve been buying this polo for years now. My work requires us to wear a polo and slacks as company dress code. I don’t care much to fuss over what to wear every morning so I figure as long as I order 5 different polos in different colors and make sure I wear a different color every day no one would be able to pick up on a discernible pattern indicating that I only in fact own 5 polos. Saying that sometimes the polos get worn out over weekly washings or I snag them on something at work requiring me to purchase a replacement polo. Which brings me to my review of the last polo I ordered. It had what I can only classify as a “noticeable dip in quality” to the point that I have legitimate concerns about ever ordering this item again. All good things must come to an end. Time to find a new polo. Honestly I am looking forward to the change and plan to make some additional lifestyle changes in concert with the hopes of imitating the proverbial Phoenix rising from the ashes.

The 60/40 IZOD shirts are some of my favorites. The fabric is soft and durable and the colors do not fade much if at all. One thing I have noticed is that the fabric will shrink a little, even when laundering in cold water, delicate cycle and drying with low heat. Normally I wear between an XL or 2XL but I buy these in 3XL and run them through a regular warm wash and a hot drier as soon as I open the package. This shrinks them to close to perfect for me–still big and loose with room for air circulation to help with cooling in the summer. Order your normal size if you like a snugger fit.
IZOD shirts are generally fairly reasonably priced. Amazon often has some colors and/or sizes on sale prices and that’s when I buy. I’m not that particular about colors. Being on sale is why I ordered this in “Real Red”, normally a little too bright for my taste. After wearing a few times, I actually have begun to like the color.
