These are great, I use them with my regular prenatal vitamins but the added probiotics have really helped to alleviate the pregnancy constipation problem. I take these before bed, and at 24 weeks have been able to remain regular. The packaging feels environmentally friendly, too, since they come in glass bottles.

This is my third pregnancy, and after trying 6 other prenatals during my previous two pregnancies, this time around, I’ve finally found one that I can actually keep down and take consistently during the first trimester!!!
Gotta warn you, though – the taste is terrible. As a farm girl, I can tell you without hesitation that it tastes and smells exactly how alfalfa grass and cow feed smell.
HOWEVER – as long as don’t breathe as I pop them in my mouth, followed by taking a large gulp of a tasty beverage immediately upon slipping them onto my tongue, I can’t even taste them.
No heartburn afterwards, I haven’t thrown them up once. No nasty side effects whatsoever. I’m totally sold on these. They are now on my subscribe and save, and I’m thrilled to death to be taking prenatals while sick!

Ordered this product with hopes it would help my morning/night sickness.
And help it did!!! As others stated it does have a smell, I turn my head while opening and take with a flavored drink and fling my head back as hard as I can. I also have the drink in my mouth first then put the pill in then fling my head back and swallow!!!
I take one in the morning and 1 in the evening and it has been a life saver!!! I’m so stoked after 3 pregnancies I finally found something to work besides something from the pharmacy!!

It’s hard to give this a star review because as far as the quality of the product, I am not sure.y review is on the taste. These are absolutely disgusting and so hard to put down because of the smell and taste. So I don’t know about quality because I can’t take them to find out!

Echoing the other reviews (which I wish I’d read before purchase). I’m 12 weeks pregnant, have had mild queasiness throughout my first trimester, but nothing terrible. I put these in my mouth and immediately gagged. The smell and taste is overwhelming. Whoever made these for pregnant women is a sadist.

STOP TAKING IF IT SMELLS LIKE FISH FOOD! I originally got this barely standing the bad fish food stink and taste, but took the entire bottle over the course of a couple months because a practitioner had mentioned these. I received a another bottle today and the smell is COMPLETELY DIFFERENT and not nearly as fowl, more grassy smelling than fish food. After looking at the pills closer, the ones I’d taken had large splotches inside that are ROTTING which is why the smell was so bad. When opening the pill it up it clumps together and looks moldy. The new one does not what so ever. I am absolutely sick to my stomach!! How could a company sell ROTTEN items?! It wasn’t even past expiration. See new pill on bottom and half of old pill on top. Just terrible.

So I was researching these on the original website for this company and these are not prenatal vitamins, they are a probiotic formulated for prenatal care. This is very misleading and distressing, I am 16 weeks along and have been taking this thinking it was a full prenatal. Needs better packaging, more clear labeling.

I really wanted to love these because the other things I’ve gotten from this company are incredible. The fish food smell was way too strong though and I’m not able to keep the pills down (I’ve been trying for a week now). Something to consider for other pregnant mama’s.
