I wrote this because there are so many reviews that complain about not being able to get the trays with the toys onto the base tray. When I started to put the walker together everything went really easy, but when I tried to put the trays on they would not fit into the gliding part. I spent an hour trying to get it in. IT WAS MY MISTAKE! I looked back at the directions and realized I was trying to glide it in from the outside of the tray in instead of putting it on from the inside of the tray out. Now that I got it in the correct way it glides well. Now I cannot wait till my granddaughter comes to see how it works. I hope this helps!

(From Daddy) Great product after the struggle of putting it together. As a 6’1” 230lb man I break things with ease. Hence whenever I construct my daughters accoutrements I have to be careful not to break something. When I got to Figure 5 on p.3 I wanted to whoop someone. To “… pull strap buckle firmly through opening” I needed 3 cups of Black Rifle Coffee and an 18” pry bar from the shop. Outside of a Chevy 3/4 PU truck and a logging chain this will be a significant challenge. Wait, you are not done there you have Step #4 “Attach Activity Tray” to accomplish. This step will cause a sane Christian man to become posed with the devil in front of your wife and child. My wife’s kind words did little to calm the savage beast. I honestly believe the engineers specifically designed this tray installation step to draw all the evil in a man to the surface. Finally, when every toy accessory snaps into place the ONLY battery powered toy needs four Phillips head screws to be secured #genius. My skin ripping, eye gouging, bar fighting days are over, but if I bump into this engineer in a public forum people may have to dart me like a wild African lion before I can get to him. God bless and Good luck! 😜

So far loving this walker. Before purchasing I read through reviews and noticed a good bit of people thinking it was difficult yo put together, but in reality its not. Took maybe about 5 minutes (just make sure you read the instructions seeing as the hardest part was putting the tray on). I also noticed people saying it feels cheap. I totally disagree. So take a chance and go against the negative comments, i think its worth it. (:

We used a flat-head screwdriver to pop-out the rubber’bumper-stoppers on the bottom and my 8 month old grandson is happily traveling around quite easily on the carpet now. He doesn’t use this often (maybe an hour or so a week), but when he does, it’s obvious that he’s happier now that he’s got more mobility on the carpets.
This is a fantastic walker. I almost gave it an overall review of 4 stars is because he does tend to get frustrated at the lack of movement of the toys in the two trays. The toys move some and make intetesting sounds along with lights at times, but I see him trying to grab them and move them more so I wonder if perhaps it may be time to remove a few of the toys and let him manipulate them independently of the fixed position in the trays.
The ability to open the two trays, swing them out to the sides, is a huge PLUS! Perfect for teething wafers and sippy cups as well as a 20 second extra play toy resting spot.. …….until that gets hurled elsewhere.
By the way, it’s a bit tricky and time consuming to put this together initially, but we’ll worth it once completed.
And the white trays, they slide into position from the center of the blue trays-outward. Seems unusual as we are inclined to slide them into position from the outward position going inward, but it’s reversed to begin with.

This is our son’s new favorite toy! He received it when he was about 5 months old, and it took him a while to figure out what to do with it. Now, he’s 6 months old and scooting around like crazy! I also love that he’s VERY tall for his age (100% percentile in height), and we’re not on the highest setting yet. This is great for tall babies, but I think the lower settings are low enough that even short babies would do well.

I ordered this walker because the weight and height limits were larger and higher than other comparable walkers, and I’ve got a big boy. We got this for my son when he was 10 mos. and he’s still using it now at 13 mos. He is 25 lb and 32” high.
PROS: My son loves this. He easily maneuvers around our hard tile floor. Pivots and sprints easily. He enjoys hitting the “Hunny” pot, as it lights up and sings a song. He’s a very large boy and he still has room to grow in here.
CONS: This item was the worst to put together. My husband gave up several times. We still aren’t sure if it’s put together correctly. The trays are supposed to slide with ease in and out, but they don’t. They’re permanently stuck where they are, creating a haven underneath the trays for crumbs, drool, and God knows what else. I’m afraid to find out. We still aren’t able to open the trays to see what kind of Cheerio and cookie graveyard we are dealing with here. Also, God forbid your child grows and you have to adjust the seat height…. IT AIN’T EASY!
I’m giving this walker 2 stars because it does hold my baby with room to grow, and he loves it. I, however, hate it. It definitely won’t hold up to be passed down to a second baby.
