 I’ve reached out to customer service to resolve this issue but I am not getting a response. The first day I got my drill it was jumping in between RPM’s. It is fully charged and it jumps between RPM’s without me touching it. This makes it very difficult to complete my gel prep without damaging my natural nails. Attached is a video.

 Im so displeased with this item.. i was anxiously waiting even paid 2 day shipping .. i opened it and charged and in no way did it rotate for me .. im sending it right bk .
What a bummer cause it looks nice but litteraly did not work

I have a steady clientele and I work every day and this drill is one the best drills I’ve tried so far very light weight good to bring down product and the battery last at least 10 hours or more definitely recommended for beginners or experienced nail techs …..

I love this nail drill. For the past few years i have been loyal to kupa passport e-file, but the electric cord wasnt working any more and when I tried to replace it I ended up scratching the pen and at the end had to brake the pen into 2 pieces. Because of that, I had to order a new Kupa pen and also a melodysusie e-file as a back up until I got the other piece. Im now so mad I payed for the kupa pen because it is not only more expensive, but the pen is hevier than the melodysusie pen. The only thing about this e-file is that vibrates a tiny bit more, but my clients didnt even notice. In fact, one client said it doesnt heat up the nail at all. I was going to keep it as a back up, but have decided to keep Kupa as a back up instead. Really really happy with melodysusie!

When this worked I was in love with it. It worked for 1 month and change before it decided it would stop charging. I’ve taken great care of this efile so I’m not quite sure what has happened!
It’s never been dropped or damaged in anyway so I don’t have the slightest clue as to what’s going on.
I wish I had just saved my money and I went for the Kiara Sky one.

This e-file drill works great!!! So happy with the sleek design and functionality of it. I receive my drill about 2 weeks ago and have been using it every single day since then. The charge lasts a good amount of time and I love that it has a digital screen.
I actually own a profession passport ManiPro that was $400+ and the motor in the hand piece kept overheating on me so I decided to give this one a try. So happy I did, but I wish this had came out before my I bought my ManiPro! Would’ve save a lot of money. The only thing I can complain about is that the Forward and Reverse switch seems to be mixed up (opposite of what I’m used to with my ManiPro). I’m right handed and I have to use it on the Reverse to work on my clients.
Update:
I’ve used this for a month and it has noticeably gotten louder than usual. The charge is still good though and no other issues. If you don’t have a problem with how loud the drill is then it is still a good option.

This drill is L I F E!!!! I’m in love with how sleek the design is! The screen makes it so much easier to know what speed I’m using AND lets me know how much of a charge it has left. The hand piece is sleek and slim, making it comfortable to use, its quiet, and the turning knob moves smoothly. I can’t stresa how much I love this drill!!!!
Update: it won’t charge over 3 bars and drops to two bars as soon as I disconnect the charger. Very disappointed.

I use to remove gel and dip powder, and it is perfect for it. I don’t use the bits it came with, those are more for polishing and filing, not for removing product. The handle has a nice weight to it, not too heavy. Love the sleek look and the forward/reverse function. I like the display, it helps a beginner like me learn the right speeds needed for different kinds of removal. LOVE the fact that it’s rechargeable! I can’t speak for its longevity because I only had it for about a month. Most professional e-files are hundreds of $$, this is great for the value, I’m really happy I found it!

This is a great nail drill! It’s so comfortable to hold and it’s quiet too. My last one was so noisy. When changing out the bits just make sure you twist until you hear the click. I didn’t twist it enough at first and couldn’t figure out why it wasn’t working. Very solid construction and well-priced for the quality. I liked it so much I got a 2nd one for my friend!

I’m a professional nail tech, my original drill died and I needed a replacement quick. I ordered this one thinking it would be a temp fix till i could get a better one….It was a little loud on first use, but now I guess it’s gotten into the groove of things….now it’s low noise. I love it! I’ve had it a week now and have been using it everyday all day on acrylic, gel polish removal, nail prep etc., no problems and haven’t needed to recharge yet! It’s good drill for beginners and pros.
Update: 3 months and still running strong. I’ve been on pandemic lockdown for over a month not working and fired her up…still sitting at 3 bars!….I’ve found over the years to not plug in my drill until It’s down to 1 bar…most cordless batteries have a charge memory. And for headpiece maintenance, unplug drill from battery, you need to twist it open just above where you twist to lock and unlock “carefully, to not let any parts to fall out” and gently brush or blow out dust collected inside….:-)

At first I wasn’t sure if it included the different tips and sanding papers but they do and I used it immediately on my mother for her pedicure. She has an issue with her nails from aging and other damage which cause them to become thick and oddly shaped. For years she would many sand them down but now with a bad back she is unable to to that and it takes too long. Not sure why I didn’t think of buying this earlier for her but it’s a LIFE SAVER! I gave her a pedicure and sanded down her nails quickly! Everything was easy to use and I got the hang of it really quick! It didn’t overheat the nail (I kept it running on level 07 speed). Will update this review if anything changes but high recommend for those struggling with the same issue!

It worked fantastic for a month. I’ve had it for about 34 days and used it about 6 times. I was using it and put it down, picked it up to continue and it would no longer turn on. I tried charging, plugging, unplugging. I’m super disappointed!

I am currently a nail tech student and this is one of the best nails drills I have ever used. I chose this one because a lot of people were saying it is comparable to the KUPA mani pro (I believe that’s the right model) and it was only a fraction of the price. This file does not skip even on the lowest setting and is super powerful even thought it is portable. The portability is such a huge plus you can use it literally ANYWHERE! I also really like that it has the LCD screen to let you know the rpm. I’ve had it for about 3-4 weeks now and I love it.
