I have this set up with 2 external monitors (1440p and 1080p), a webcam on USB, and a mouse on USB and it generally works. I can switch the hub between my work laptop and my personal one and have them easily share the same dual monitor setup.
The key part that isn’t as advertised is that with 2 external monitors (not using the laptop screen), both monitors only work on 1080p – this is for Windows. I’ve tried 2 HDMI, 1 HDMI and 1 DP, and either way the 1440p monitor is still stuck on 1080p. It only works on 1440p if it is the only external monitor plugged in.
Update: it’s been less than a week and now my mouse on USB is laggy and sometimes unresponsive. Touching any of the cables even slightly causes the monitors to flicker as well. Will need to return it.

This is supposed to support two screens at 4k but it won’t even support just ONE of my screens at 2K!
I have two display besides my laptop. One can do 2k, the other 1920. This machine won’t even give me the option of using 2K! So on extended mode I get my tiny laptop screen plus two displays at 1920 – and that is directly contrary to what you say in the description and in the Q&A.
And, btw, closing the laptop lid does nothing to solve that.
I hate giving bad reviews and have no issue revising it if there’s a fix and the issue is on my end, but man this is frustratingly infuriating. I’ll wait a week for a response before I return it and keep the review as is so that potential buyers should be aware.
EDIT 2/23/2021 – Since posting this review I’ve been spammed repeatedly to take this review down in exchange for cashback. Unsure if it’s from the company or just goold-old internet pirates.

Bought this to link my work laptop to my prexisting monitors. Once it detects the monitors it works fine althought sometimes I have to move/jiggle the USB-C connector in the laptop to get it to work fully.
Aside from that it works great, easily handles the power input, monitor outputs and a seperate USB hub without any issue.
Great value for money compared to more expensive versions.

A very compact, lightweight adapter to have with any laptop set-up. I’ve used it to connect 3 monitors (2x HDMI & 2xDP) and works a charm. Plug-n-play, highly recommended.

I just got this today and was really excited to get it going! So far, it is working fairly well with my work laptop as a work-from-home dock (Dell Latitude 5500). Didn’t work great with my wireless Logitech M185 mouse, as it skipped around or didn’t respond in some cases right way. That’s not the biggest deal for me though, as
1. I’m replacing that mouse soon with a wired mouse, and
2. Having a dongle plugged into the laptop still isn’t really hurting anything in my opinion.
Overall, fairly happy with the “cost-for-utility” factor. It’s driving two external displays, powering one of them currently through the USB-C PD port, and freeing up a couple USB ports on my laptop.
I will be updating this review after I get my new mouse, as well as probably when I get a power cord to hopefully charge the laptop through the aforementioned USB-C PD port. For the price, I’m pretty satisfied. Hopefully, it will be able to reduce the docking/undocking process to a single cable!

I bought this USB-C hub to dock my Lenovo Duet Chromebook with my HDMI desktop monitor at 1080p or better. And it does a great job. I was able to select any of my 22″ monitor’s available resolutions in settings, including 1080p and 1280p resolutions. (I decided 1280x720p at 60Hz worked best for me.) This was a relief because the adapter I bought previously only provided 720p/60Hz connectivity, and that sucked.
Had I done more research before buying that first adapter I would have learned the Lenovo Duet has known problems connecting to higher-resolution monitors via most USB-C to HDMI docks unless the dock has “DisplayPort” capability. There are lots of posters on Reddit and other forums where posters have said the Lenovo Duet just can’t drive a monitor at 1080p/60Hz. This adapter proves them wrong, and I’m glad I found it.
But this dock is far from perfect.
First, let’s talk about the positive stuff. When connected to my Duet this adapter to drive my 22″ HDMI monitor at any screen resolution and refresh rate it supports, including 1080p/60Hz and 1280p/60Hz. The hubs USB 2.0 and 3.0 ports work. (I did not do USB port speed tests, but other Amazon reviewers have.) And the dock allows the Duet to recognize and access use both the SD and MicroSD card slots at the same time. (Note: I do not have a DisplayPort-capable monitor, so I could not test the DisplayPort connector.)
Thus far the only capability I wish this hub had is SD and MicroSD card slots deep enough to hold the memory cards inside the body. Deep card slots would make it easy to use this hub with high-capacity cards as a backup drive. Alas, the cards stick out.
Now, the Big Bad, Big Sad news: This hub does not provide the pass-through PD 3.0 charging capability promised in the product description. When I plug my 18 watt PD-3 charger into the hub and the hub into my Duet or Pixel 3 I get a “charging slowly” warning. This hub doesn’t even pass through enough juice to keep up with the Duet’s power draw, so I have to make sure my 2-in-1 is well charged before I sit down to use it with this dock. It’s a big problem, one that’s worth knocking a few stars off.
So, if you are looking for a USB-C hub that will connect your Duet to a higher-resolution HDMI monitor, provide USB 2.0 & 3.0 ports and SD/MicroSD card slots, this hub will do the job. Just be aware you’ll need to charge your Chromebook separately or you’ll run out of battery.
Summary:
1080p/60Hz and better HDMI support for two HDMI ports. Yay!
Two USB 2.0 and one 3.0 ports. Yay!
SD and MicroSD card slots that can be used at the same time. Yay!
No PD pass-through charging for either my Duet or Pixel 3. Booo!
I really ought to give this product just three stars, but I am keeping it. I guess that’s worth something.
Four Stars and a frowny face.
🙁
Pros:
* 1080p/60Hz and better resolutions on the Lenovo Duet Chromebook.
* 2 HDMI port connections.
* 1 DisplayPort connector.
* 1 USB 3.0 and 2 USB 2.0 ports
* 1 SD and 1 MicroSD card slot. Both can be used at the same time.
* Compact, lightweight. You can travel with this hub.
Cons:
* Does not provide PD pass-through capability for my Lenovo Duet or Pixel 3. I get a “Charging Slowly” warning. You’ll need to make sure your 2-in-1 is charged before you hook it up.

Los puertos HDMI y DP no son compatibles con Asus y Dell, no puedo conectar otro monitor, los puertos USB funcionan sin problema, al conectar el dispositivo al equipo sale el mensaje: es posible que la conexión de la pantalla este limitada.
