all 3 boards split within 2 months of owning them. I was very careful to take proper care of them (knowing that they were on the cheaper side and likely not as quality) but come on. Don’t waste your money on this product, spend a few extra bucks and get one high quality board that won’t crap out on you after a few uses.

Only a few months later and I have thrown all of these away after cracking and making my food taste like a wood chipper. I looked up how to properly care for them, but they are just not good quality.

Sinceramente no se que uso les den o que tan rudo sea para llegar al grado de romperlas o que se “rompan”. Me gusta cocinar y llevo varios meses usando un juego, mi mamá tambien las usa y ella pica verduras y otras cosas diario. No están rotas ni mucho menos, solo rayaduras, las lavamos como cualquier otro traste y siguen resistentes, recien compre otro juego y estoy encantado!

Amaaaazing deal. The quality of these boards is much better than I originally expected. I used them as a base for my resin art and they worked so well that I bought 3 more sets.

Upon receiving item (pack of 3) I noticed all the cutting boards have splinters all over them. Will not be using the products or purchasing again. I attached picture showing splinters.

As you are supposed to do with bamboo boards, I oiled these with mineral oil several days in a row before using them. Didn’t matter – first time I cut some meat and hand washed the board, it cracked. I give it maybe 2 months before it becomes completely unusable.

These are not a solid bamboo cutting board. They are bamboo on top laminated together with some other type of wood. I washed them one time and they all separated and are immediately useless. Never even lasted a week.

A beautiful set for great money. (And unlike with many other bamboo cutting board sets, no food-catching handle cut-outs!) However, I was surprised at how quickly these scarred within the first few uses. (Vs. the old wood cutting board they replaced.) I also found that they were a bit dry and in need of a fairly generous oiling right out of the package. That now accomplished though, I’m curious to see how they’ll hold up in the long run. Will update in six months or so…

Me salieron muy baratas y básicamente es lo que recibes por ese precio.
Son muy delgadas, la más grande ya se cuarteó y llevo aproximadamente mes y medio con ellas. Conforme la usas, se van desportillando.
En general para el precio pues están decentes, pero si lo que buscas en durabilidad y calidad, no las recomiendo.

I’ve been purchasing these boards for about a year for my small woodburning business. They’ve all arrived in great condition, are fantastic to burn on, hold up well, and are just a nice addition around the house. I’ve kept a small one that I like to get out for small & quick cutting jobs, like strawberries and grapes for my kiddos.

Son muy delgadas tal cual indica la descripción es como de 1 CM me da la impresión que pueden romperse fácilmente, use la grande y se rayo mucho en el primer uso muy fácilmente creo que si estás buscando gran calidad no las recomiendo, pero si estás corto de presupuesto obtienes lo que compras, espero que duren porque leà varios comentarios que decÃan que se pandean o doblan en cuestión de meses

I bought this on the strength of the positive reviews. Sometimes that doesn’t reflect what you end up getting. I used the big cutting board one time, wiped it off with a damp cloth, dried it, put it away, then went to use it a few days later & saw the huge crack. Even the smallest board is starting to split slightly too. These are JUNK, do not buy them unless you want to be throwing them away within a month after you get them.

I really like these boards. I used them today, well the medium on, and it was easy to cut on without food slippage like plastic ones. (plastic is not safe due to slippage) I put a damp paper towel under it to keep from slipping on the counter as it has no rubber feet since they are reversible. I suppose you could get rubber feet and put them on yourself as it’s durable enough. My bother is that my dum dum perception of the size was wrong. I imagined them bigger. The large one is good for chopping, the medium slicing and the small one for cutting a sandwich. I like them because they are bamboo but they do absorb water. From past experience bamboo will mold if you put it away wet. Make sure you dry off and let sit out so it dries completely. Bamboo will last a long time if you wash and dry properly. It is a good material and these boards are nicely made for presentation purposes. I really like Farberware products as they have great knives too. Giftable for someone moving into their first or a new apartment but not as a housewarming gift. All wood and bamboo boards need washed with soap and water and decently scrubbed since you make scratches in them so don’t fault the board. I would say this is a pretty decent set of boards. No one paid me for this review. I just needed some cutting boards and these were priced write and I like Farberware stuff.
