I started looking at Dyson stick vacuums but couldn’t rationalize the cost. Based on brand and experience with other products (we have a Eufy baby monitor and I’ve always trusted Anker brand products), I decided to purchase this vacuum. After 3 months of 2x/weekly use, we’re very pleased with the performance and value. It performs well on our hardwood floors, tile, and low pile carpets and rugs. Though we did encounter a quality issue, Eufy was quick to resolve with friendly and responsive customer service! Their brand promise came through again. They stand behind their product and care about their customers.
We have a long-haired dog and the vacuum helps us quickly sweep up his hair. It wraps around the roller in the head, but we’re able to quickly pop out the roller and clear the hair. Perhaps because we’ve had to pop the roller out with each cycle, we encountered a quality issue. There’s a small plastic “door” that secures the end of the roller in the head. The door is opened by pressing a release button, and closed by snapping it back into place. We’re not sure how it occurred, but the “door” hinge broke, and we could no longer secure the roller (it doesn’t appear to be very strong plastic). We’re not sure if this had any effect on performance, since the roller’s contact with the ground essentially keeps it in place. Still it was loose. We reported the issue to Eufy and they immediately sent us an entire replacement unit (apparently they didn’t have a process to replace only the defect part). Now we have two working units!

Does not stand upright. Battery does not last long enough. Container for dirt is to small.

I purchased this vacuum a couple months ago. It was great at first, very lightweight and powerful, battery lasted a good while on medium, fairly short runtime on High speed, but that’s to be expected and comparable to other brands from what I hear. I had an issue with the stick though, the little plastic tab that keeps the stick attachment connected to the vacuum had sheared off somehow. It didn’t prevent me from being able to use the vacuum, but it would fall apart sometimes when I hung it on the wall or took it up the steps. I contacted support via email, they got back with me within a few days and asked for a picture, then a short video of the damage. After that, they arranged for me to send my defective product (in full) back for a replacement. I sent mine back a few days later when I was able to get to the post office, and about a week later I received a brand new vacuum. Support was great, although responses usually came in the middle of the night from them. Overall though, it was very positive, despite not having a vacuum for about a week. They were very understanding and were easy to understand in their emails.
Hopefully the vacuum will not break again any time soon

This vacuum is just alright. It was specifically advertised as being good with pet hair, but it absolutely SUCKS with pet hair!! If you like to take apart the vacuum 3-5 times while vacuuming, this is the vacuum for you. It literally clogs every 1-3 minutes and has to taken apart to get the clog out. My dog isn’t even long hair– he’s a short hair labrador. Also, if you plan to vacuum things like leaf particles, christmas tree pine needles, cardboard your kids cut up into tiny confetti, long hair from human women, etc… you will hate this vacuum. UGH it has mad vacuuming the biggest pain in the you know what. So upset I spent money on this 6 months ago. Can’t wait to save up for a Dyson like I originally wanted.

I have one of those Dyson stick vacuums that cost as much as the GDP of Nigeria. This Eufy one is much better. It is lighter and the battery lasts longer than the 10 minutes you get out of a Dyson. Eufy also comes with several useful attachments. If you are debating Dyson V. Eufy–stop debating and order this thing today.

I was very sceptical about the usefulness of a cordless vacuum, but my wife wanted one so I bought it for her. I’m glad I bought this one it has far exceeded my expectations. Very good suction and I haven’t drained the battery yet!

This vacuum worked really well about 10 or so times, then I noticed how clogged it gets. Not only do the rollers get clogged (that’s not unusual) but the port where the canister connects (that you remove to empty the dirt) constantly is clogging. I have to stop vacuuming if you pick so much as a dust bunny to unclog that port or suction goes wayyy down. Like it doesn’t pick anything up. Then today I tried to vacuum and it didn’t such regardless of everything being empty. Don’t buy this.

Absolute fan of Eufy and Anker products. Have tons of them. I have a Dyson V10 animal but that thing is PRICEY, so I figured I’d get this for the lower traffic parts of the house.
Boy am I let down.
Pet fur instantly clogs the connection between the vac and the canister. Cannot vac for more than 15-30 seconds before it clogs. Have to constantly, manually remove debris from that region. It’s now a $226.26 item I can’t use for more than 15-30 seconds. Absolutely vexing. Can’t afford to throw away that kind of money in this economy. #feelsbadman.

I just opened my new vacuum and to my surprise, it was not new. It came equipped with someone else’s vacuumed rug or hair. Dust compartment came with dust, I assumed I would have to vacuum my own house to get this but Euphy took care of that for me! Even the battery had a piece that looks to be broken off then super glued back on.

My dyson died after 6 years of hard use and I was having a hard time spending the money on another one. I bought this one and within a month the motor died (light use) and then I got a replacement after weeks of waiting and having to file a dispute with Amazon. Then we just crossed the 6 month mark of having the replacement and now it won’t work either. I’m telling you learn from my mistake spend the extra money and get a dyson this thing sucks.

This vacuum is awesome. Replaced a Dyson V7 and battery is way better and suction is great. Glad went this way.

I was excited because I loved my first Eufy cordless vacuum but it was designed poorly and the swivel and tube at the base snapped at the joint. I was excited for a redesign! A DISSAPPOINTMENT!
You have to hold the button the ENTIRE time while you vacuum.
The suction is only good in the highest mode. That mode lasts only 7 minutes. There’s no warning when it’s going to die. Just shuts off.
Its inconvenient..doesn’t stand on it’s own when you are cleaning the canister. It won’t stand up against the wall. You have to drill holes and mount it. I didn’t want to commit to that just yet!
It’s hard to reach the dust/hair because the collector is so long and narrow for your hand. You have to open up the other side take the filter out to properly empty.
The duster attachment slides down(it’s on the same handle as another type of attachment). It does not stay in place. Any pressure, the brush slides up and is useless.
Today I was vacuuming and the swivel base joint came apart. Leaving the floppy tube. Thank god I was able to snap it back together but I’m returning this vacuum.
