Well I purchesused this dispite some of the reviews that complained that it was not a good product but let me tell you my feet loved it!! The massaging is the best it almost felt like real hands were massaging my feet. I will have to agree that the heat could be better when set to high i dont feel heat but it was not a deal breaker because the massaging is so great. if you are sensitive to hard massaging this item is not for you in my case I love it!!

Hurt my feet. Too much pressure on even the lowest setting. Not comfortable.

I have general but significant pain in both feet. This thing is not universal for foot size and some of the settings are brutal! I hate this thing.

I love this machine! I was a little worried because my feet are very ticklish but this machine works like a charm. It doesn’t hurt and you can adjust the pressure according to your pressure preferences. I don’t have much of an arch so the balls of my feet really need massaging. This baby does the trick. The kneading function is chef kiss!

It’s an okay product. It massages the balls of the feet pretty well, but it does not massage the arches. From what the review said, and the description, I really expected it to be wonderful. It’s not. It’s just okay. Still looking for something that can truly massage the arches and heels.

I got this foot massager to replace another brand I had gotten on Amazon. That one had so many 5 star reviews, but it was just too weak even at the strongest setting. One of my mom’s coworkers recommended this, but I was hesitant because of some of the reviews saying it was too rough… but it turns out that rough kneading is what I wanted from the other massager I returned. If your feet are on the sensitive side, this is not for you. But if you want a deep massage that will rejuvenate your tired muscles, please get this. I do recommend trying it on the lowest setting first and moving up to decide your comfort level. I like that there is a depressurization button just in case you find the pressure is too strong for you.
There were a couple of downsides to the massager, but not enough for me to knock any stars. Like every other foot massager I’ve tried, the heat setting is a joke. Another thing I didn’t like was that the area where you stick your feet is smaller than others I’ve tried. I’m a size 9.5 W in women’s, so caution for those with bigger sizes. I haven’t tried the remote that it comes with because batteries aren’t included, but I do like that it does come with one.
Definitely worth a try for anyone with sore feet.

I bought this for the wife for Christmas and she hasnt used it much yet to my chagrin. She complains a lot about her feet bothering her but…..

This unit is large and bulky, probably okay if you are going to keep it in one place, but not convenient to move or easy to store/hide away.
I like a strong, bordering on painful, massage- but this is too much! The plastic is hard and unforgiving, and over and over in the same spot(s) with very little variance. The experience was not at all enjoyable, although I really tried to like it. Ended up returning to it after a week.
