Nice piece of equipment. Unfortunately if one of the original bands break there is no where to by same length band for replacement. Lifeline recommends using the 16 ” bands used for the pull up assistance device bur they are too short. wish they sold the original bands and I have scoured the internet looking for exact replacement bands with no luck

Are pushups too easy? Do you have to do 50 to get a workout? This will change that in an instant. Well made, comfortable enough and makes pushups as hard as you could ever want.

Great piece of equipment, you won’t be disappointed. Offers a lot of resistance to a standard push-up

I like it for shadowboxing.

Adds good resistance to push ups. Easy and comfortable to use. would recommend for adding resistance to your bodyweight workouts.

I give this a 4 out of 5.
The only real down sides are that the little rubber feet on the bottom of the hand holds kept coming off, but a dot of glue and all is solid. The other “ding” to its rating is the adjustment piece will sometimes dig into your back when you are doing pushups.
The BIG plus….It makes pushups so much harder. I can go from doing at least 40 or 50 to about 20 to 25, and you are fighting for those.
I would buy again, solid product

This is a great product, but use caution and make sure you are putting the device on and using it in the intended manner. I bought the suggested 90 lb. bands which were advertised as easily interchangeable and was at first frustrated and felt that I had been misled about their interchangeability. It turned out I was holding the power pushup inside of the bands instead of on the outside and thus making it more difficult to use. Once I figured that out I have had some awesome workouts with it. It is a great device, just make sure you are using it properly before you get started. Also, be careful that you don’t stretch the bands beyond their capacity–they could either snap and possibly injure you or damage the product.
