Although I haven’t used this rolling pin much yet, it is well made and easy to use. It takes a few minutes to unscrew the sides to adjust the thickness of the dough. Not found to be a big deal. It’s sturdy stainless steel, good size & easy to clean. The silicone mat that came with the rolling pin is large, has some handy markers & has many uses. If I find I have any issues with the rolling pin as I use it more I’ll add to my review. But I’m happy with my choice.

I have always wanted a rolling pin with spacers since I am not very good at judging thickness of dough. Since it also comes with a silicone mat for rolling on, I have wanted one of those for a long time. I have not used it yet but it looks like it would be easy to clean and use.

Easy to clean. Don’t use it in the oven….just use it for kneading dough. Nothing sticks and helps alot in keeping the mess off of your kitchen counters. It’s a tad thin but otherwise it’s good. Stainless steel rolling pin works well with the different end attachments so you can evenly roll out whatever uniform thickness you need.

Very nice product. If I were able to say one issue. Due to the end pieces, you need to keep the dough area smaller, or you start indenting your dough.

I made sugar cookies and wanted them to be 3/8 thick. The rolling pin made that an easy task. I also wanted the mat to stay in one place the silicone mat did just that. Cleaning the mat was so easy wiped with warm soapy water and dried. Definitely met my expectations!

I had rings to slide onto my rolling pin but I got a new one and the rings didn’t fit so thought I would give this a try. I didn’t think I needed the mat but oh my gosh, the mat is amazing! It has a tacky quality to it that fastened itself to my countertop and there was NO slipping! The mat was a breeze to clean. Love the rolling pin with the rings, no more searching for the rings in a drawer. This purchase far surpassed what I was expecting!

I just used this for the first time last night to make cream cheese sugar cookies and it is so awesome for getting consistently thick cookies that are the perfect thickness. Anytime I’ve made the cookies before, I would get uneven bakes because I could never evenly roll them. The cookies yesterday were perfectly golden brown on the bottom. I’m excited to try other recipes where the function of this rolling pin would come in handy.
The different height rings are super easy to swap out, the pin has holes on the edges that makes cleaning a little less convenient, and the pin comes with a silicon mat which was a nice bonus.
Highly recommend this for anyone who regularly bakes items that need an even dough rolled out.
