I bought this scooter as it very unique from other scooter. It comes In pink color unlike other brands , it’s beautiful light weight to carry anywhere. Its very reasonable and the hiboy gives Very excellent customer service which i liked the most. They respond immediately to our emails and always gives more advantage to the customer. Through amazon i got even discount on it. I found the speed and its features are really good. I would recommend high for ladies who are picky with colors. Black is quite common. I will keep updating more additional reviews after few months of using it

So we bought this after getting the NEX3 for my son. Out of the box and pre-assembled. Super easy for my 11 year old daughter to handle and operate. E-brake switch on the left and manual rear fender brake work easily. After powering on, single click to toggle all the lights (front and super cool veritical front and side leds are awesome at night!) – double click to go from cruise mode to sport mode (assume sport is “faster”) but this until tops out at around 13mph? Takes 3-4 hours to charge when battery down to 3 bars. The battery charge port is in a better spot at the top rear of the handle bar than the awkward location on the NEX3 which is located on the side of the riding deck. Only issue so far we had was that the kick stand was somewhat hard for my 11year old to kick open/closed. It has some stiction but I assume after a lot of usage this will free up.

Really disappointed. My daughter used this one time on Christmas day without issue, charged it over night and the next time she rode it outside, the scooter beeped and shut off. It will no longer power on or charge now. The charger appears fine, but the scooter itself has a malfunction. I added a video and label of the product since Amazon sometimes mixes reviews for different models. This is the S2 Lite Pink version.
In the video I show the charger plugged it in to the wall to charge, the light on the charger always stays GREEN and does not turn RED to charge like it did the first time we charged the scooter the night before. This tells me that the electronics have malfunctioned internally since the scooter will not turn on or charge any longer. This is an expensive device to fail on the 2nd use. When trying to turn on the scooter, the screen blinks once and turns on for a second before shutting off. I can only get it to do this when plugging in to charge, then unplugging. It no longer works properly and is defective.

I bought this scooter for my daughter for Christmas. She loved it, everyone in the family got scooters ( this was the only Hiboy brand but I knew she would love the lights). Scootering has has turned into something we all look forward to doing together.
The scooters are always garaged and dutifully wiped down after each use. Last week this scooter just stopped working. No response at all from the accelerator. I’m about a month outside Amazons return window but well within Hiboys warranty.
I sent an email outlining the problem, about a day later they responded requesting a video of the accelerator not working. It was a bit of a chore but I got a video together and sent it. They responded with another laundry list of requests, I responded to all and just for clarity added another video. There most recent email is simply them re-asking questions that have been asked and answered.
At this point I have little faith the process is going to result in any productive resolution. My daughter is devastated literally to the point of tears. This was maybe the coolest Christmas gift her Mom and I have ever been able to get for her and its turned into a nightmare.
If you choose to order one I sincerely hope you have better luck, when it works its a really cool Scooter.

I got a pink one. Oh my gosh , it’s so girlish ,I love the pink illumination at the bottom. Night driving is not scary at all coz other car driver could see you at 360 degrees. The tires are not pneumatic , so you only have a smooth driving feeling on smooth surfaces but not on cobblestones or bumpy road . It shakes your whole body when on cobblestone surfaces but I still love it. Smooth driving experience and easy start and stop feature I can go shop at small convenient stores pharmacy or grocery stores with it unfolded. I drive it on the boardwalk of Miami Beach for a safer traffic ride then get thru the main road of my destination .

It is decent. It goes up the Bayonne bridge with no problems, but a bit rocky and sometimes slows but not too much to the point it automatically stops, it keeps going.
Power button: On top. When indicator is on, press again for light activation. Turning it off, press down for some seconds or until indicator display light is gone.
Speed levels: 9 (Booster/fastest)
Lowest speed levels: 5-1 (slowest)
Battery level @ 5 (Speed 8-9 “nine is the fastest or good speed)
Battery level @ 2-1(dead battery) speed levels are (3-5 speed)
Brakes are good but slowly brake, do not press on them or you will definitely fall off the scooter like a cartoon character.
Emergency brakes are on the back wheel, use the back of your heel and press on the ribbed plastic.
Folding is the metal piece (Open) near the front wheel. Push the metal piece up, located on the side of the metal piece and pull towards you.
Hook piece is a silver metal hole that is attached with a pink ribbed slide to pull back and release the metal hole. The hook near the handle area, put it in the metal hole and carry. DONE.
To get over Bayonne bridge (NJ) is 45 minutes of walking but with this scooter it decreases about 10-15 minutes.
