Not much to say about a USB cable. It works so far (a couple of months in). I haven’t tested the power limit, but nothing I’ve plugged in so far has had any issues. It doesn’t get warm or anything other such warnings.
It’s braided and fairly thick compared to a ‘regular’ (~data-only) USB cable, but not unwieldy. The braiding helps ensure it’s still very flexible and can survive being coiled up into a fairly tight spool.
Note that I’ve not tried it for data transfer. I’m not even sure if it’s supposed to support that or not. I bought it purely to provide power.

Cable stopped working after 4 months of use. The cable is spec’d for Max 100W (with 5A) and was only using it at 45W (15v- 3A level). Using it at less than half the power rating and only lasting 4 months is terrible robustness / quality. I had purchased a second cable from same Brand which was max 65W rating which also broke in the same amount of time, so suspect the Brand has an issue with quality. I have the original USB C cables that came with my cellphones that I would have guessed were lesser quality due to the outside cheap plastic/rubber material, but are 3+yrs old and still working….. so there has to be something wrong with the electronics in the head if these Brand cables and would highly suggest staying away from this brand cable.

Works for Note 10 25watt charger!

I am very pleased with the cable. It is a strong, sturdy, well-made cable that should last for years. I wanted a short cable to get a much longer one off my desk, and this fills my needs perfectly. It can attach my iPad to my new iMac, as well, as the iMac only has USB-C and Thunderbolt ports on the back. I lie it so much I ordered a different cable from this company to attach my Cricut to the iMac, and it’s nice, too, but not a braided cable like this one.

Bought this cable specifically for my USB 3.1 type C Port on my PC to back my phone up. I didn’t take into consideration that a USB C type cable would only support USB 2.0 speeds which is obsolete for literally any device with a Type C port. I can’t even use this cable as a charging only cable as all my power bricks are Type A.

Solid cable, I bought it with a 65W fast charger 2.0 and it works very well. It’s sturdy and stays connected. I’ve been using it everyday and also on my constant trips and it is still very much intact, not at all frayed like other cheaper cables. I would also highly recommend a super fast charger to pair with this so it works for anything from a cell phone to something that needs more power like a laptop.

I bought this cable for a UGreen SSD enclosure so I can natively use the TB4 ports on a MacBook Pro. The first photo shows the very low transfer speeds as a result. I ordered a “certified” Thunderbolt 3 cable in order to achieve 400+ mb/s speeds as seen in the second photo. There is a lot more to know with this tech than is communicated in the description. Just because it says it works with a mac or says it has USB2 speeds, does not mean the cable was manufactured to work on a TB4 MacBook Pro port. You’ll need a “certified” TB3 cable.

I’ve become interested in usbc-to-usbc cables because I like to listen to flac files with the usbc cable connecting my Shure Aonic 50 headphones to my Pixel 3 phone. The audio quality is noticeably better than bluetooth, especially with dense music like symphonies and masses.
The charging cable that came with my Pixel wasn’t working very well for getting data from phone to headphones. It would sputter sometimes. At first I thought that the files were poorly ripped, but that turned out not to be the case. The Ugreen cable fixed the problem.
The down side is that the nylon braiding around the cable is a bit stiff and scratchy. Good headphones pick up a lot of audio information. I can hear the wires bending and the nylon being rubbed. It’s not a huge deal, since if I’m going to be moving around a lot, I’ll go with bluetooth. I do wonder, though, if there’s a cable out there that has insulation suitable for audio transmission.
If you’re just looking for charging, then yeah, this cable is perfect.

UGreen is fast joining Anker and Aukey as my favorite brands for PC accessories in Amazon. This cable is no different. It’s almost perfect.
The upside:
This cable carries the 61w from my GaN charger very well. The strain relief seem pretty solid and reliable.
The downside:
This cable only does data at usb 2.0, meaning that it’s not useful for display port alt mode (video over usbc). If you need a cable that does that, you’ll need to look elsewhere.
That’s kinda all there is to this. Solid cable. Solid price. Just a shame that it’s usb 2.0

So moment I got it out of the package, I noticed that both of the connectors ends were noticebly dirty and almost looked like they hand a bunch of fingerprints all over the silver connector bits. Another problem I have noticed is that the charger only seems to work 1 out of 5 time I plug it into the power source and my phone, but to be fair when it does work it charges my phone very fastly. Finally I noticed that the product seems to wiggle a bit in both sides of the port, don’t know if my product is faulty or anything but it works so I am decently pleased.

I bought 2 and one didn’t work and the other did. Just out of curiosity I flipped the connector plugged into the power supply side and noticed it then worked. I then tested the other cable and found if I plugged it in one way it wouldn’t work but if I flipped it it would start charging the MacBook.
Further investigation and it turned out the be the aftermarket power supply not the the cable. With an official Apple power supply both cables work. But with the non-Apple PS they have to be plugged in a specific way to the PS. The laptop side of the cable would work either way but the PS side worked one way but not the other.
So my conclusion is that the manufacturer of the power supply might be the issues with most of the negative reviews of this particular usb-3 cable. And now that I know this I’m happy with my purchase. Hope this helps someone else.

This cable appears to be great for charging devices but it’s misleading and I could only find it mentioned maybe twice in the listing. Even though this cable is type c it’s limited to USB 2.0 speeds. Why? Why not USB 3.0 atleast. Good for charging awful for any data transfer.
