Ovvio che il rapporto qualità prezzo non sia buono, visti i tempi che corrono. Tuttavia, venendo da una radeon 480 sapphire, questa scheda mi ha permesso di entrare nella nuova generazione, tenendo testa alle aspettative ed, in alcuni casi, persino superandole. La cosa più sbalorditiva sono le prestazioni in rapporto con il consumo ed il calore della scheda. Premetto che il mio setup avrebbe bisogno di una rinfrescata, ma anche affiancata ad un modesto i5 6400 ed una scheda madre asrock b150 pro4s, su alcuni giochi si riesce ad ottenere il 2k con ray tracing e la rx 6600 xt si scalda a mala pena. Non mi aspettavo poi ti giocare a titoli esosi e non proprio ben ottimizzati, come il famigerato Battlefield 2042 il quale, nonostante il povero processore faccia uno sforzo tremendo, gira a 60 fps a qualità media, con la scheda sfruttata si e no tra il 30 ed il 40%: immagino che aggiornando il mio processore sia possibile portare il dettaglio ben più in alto di così. Sfruttata anche per il montaggio video: ha reso il lavorare con video FullHD una passeggiata e suppongo che mi renderà semplice anche lavorare con il 4k, una volta passato ad un ryzen 7 o giù di lì. Esteticamente la mia vecchia 480 era certamente più curata, con i suoi led colorati, ma mi sembra ovvio che, in un periodo del genere, sia una saggia mossa quella di risicare i costi da ogni aspetto frivolo delle schede video, quale appunto l’estetica. Un acquisto che rifarei ancora ed ancora!

For a lot of people submitting reviews, speaking of flickering and such, what needs to be done before any installation of a gpu is a clean wipe from your hard/ssd of any driver. Driver instability can often be tracked back to older driver versions acting up with newer versions, especially if you are going to AMD from Nvidia. DDU is a good utily to do this it will delete all files associated with the old card, which will stop the flickering, black screens etc

This thing was super loud when I got it. It sounded like it was screaming when I loaded a game up. I wanted to make sure my hardware was not the issue so I tried it on two different machines and found the same problem occurring. It must have been some pretty gnarly coil whine, which unfortunately is not my problem so I returned it.

Replaced another AMD card with 4 Gig’s. This card in a great improvement over the old card, great performance for on-line gaming, no lag, getting close to 60 fps average. The biggest issue I have in the noise from the fans. I did find that in the ATI utility I can set to a balanced level where the fans slow down. The issue I have with it is the setting don’t save and I have to go in each time I start the game to lower the fan speed. Overall great improvement for me.

Resulta buena tarjeta, ideal para los que queremos jugar en 1080 y tener la opción del ray tracing, es verdad como dicen algunos que se calienta demasiado (llego a 86 grados) pero se soluciona de inmediato seteando la temperatura de actuación de los ventiladores volviendo a una temperatura de trabajo normal.

Ich habe mir die Grafikkarte gekauft um meinen neuen PC zu vervollständigen. Forza Horizon 5 läuft bei Ultra Preset bei ca. 120 FPS, GTA V bei ca. 60 FPS höchste Einstellungen und FiveM bei ca. 100 FPS. Alles in einem eine geile Karte.

I’m someone who has used many XFX cards in the last few years and they had never dissapointed me until I got this one. Don’t get me wrong, it runs, however, it’s pretty hot even with a custom fan curve.
I used to run a XFX RX 580, which ran at 68°C core, then I had a XFX RX 5500 XT Thicc II which ran at 61°C core and memories were always under 70°C. Same with the Asus RX 5600 XT EVO Dual TOP that I’m replacing now. It ran at 61°C core, 73°C junction and the memories about 74°C. All of them working in an airflow focused big case with 6 fans.
This one is running at 74°C core and 84°C junction with the fans at 80%. I know, it does its job but it’s pretty hot for what I’m used to.
I’m wondering if I’m having the same issue I had with my old RX 5500 XT where the thermal compound was pretty bad, and it started running hotter which each passing day. After three months of use it was running 12°C hotter until I replaced the thermal compound and it came back to its normal temperature.
For some reason I’m not getting the memories’ temperature on afterburner. I’ll check if this is because of the app or the card. I’ll check later and update this. I don’t really mind the core running at 74°C as long as the memories are running at a decent temperature.
Updates after a week of use:
The cars does indeed get fairly hot even after undervolting to 1000mV from 1050mV. Part of the time I see the junction temperature going well over 90°C (I think it was 94°C) while the edge temperature is about 68°C-70°C.
According to AMD this junction temperature is acceptable but it is close to the 105°C limit they claim.

I got this because I had a RX 580. I wanted a better graphics card. If you own a RX 5700 an Nvidia 2070 or better this won’t be much of an improvement. But if you own a RX 580/590 or a 1070 this would be an improvement for your PC. I bought this when it dropped to 525 dollars. I recommend a 6700xt or better if you can get it in the 600 dollar range. But I got this a month or so ago so it was good. Plus I didn’t want the best neccessarily just good enough to last me a few years and so I don’t break my bank so to speak. so for me was worth it. Since I have a pc thats decent and I don’t want to build one just yet and only have a 600w power supply the 6600xt works well with that by just swapping cards and updating drivers. (Works with VR.) Hope this review helps.
Side note: (Gave 3 stars to value for money due to high GPU prices. But at retail price this card would be best bang for buck in my opinion. Everythings so over priced these days.)

So on paper the card should be quite an upgrade from the Rx 580. My experience did not show that as i was getting less than 30 fps at 1080 on warzone and the new halo multiplayer. I can get around 40ish with my rx 580 at 1440 so I’m confused to the results. All drivers are correct and i have a gold 750 watt power supply. Very disappointed with the performance of this 6600 xt. Maybe i just got a dud card.

Bought this card to replace an rx 580 that I had for over 5 years and the difference is quite noticeable. I find that my gaming experience has improved quite a lot. Games run a lot smoother and my framerates don’t drop below 60 unlike the 580 wich ran between 30 and 50. It’s a great card if you don’t have a couple of thousand dollars to throw away.

Livrée très rapidement (bien avant le relais annoncé), 6600xt qui remplace une gtx 1070. Facile à installer, pas de but, tout plein de fpd en ultra 1080p avec mon ryzen 5600x! Chauffe un peu mais bien refroidie et silencieuse. Vous pouvez acheter. Si le prix ne flambe pas.

Excelente tarjeta en materiales y estética!
La ocupé para mi 1er build de toda la vida, todo con AMD.
La compré casi en $10,500, me pareció un buen precio teniendo en mente todo el relajo de las cryptos y escases COVID.
De momento solo tengo un monitor full HD y 72 Hz con Freesync. En el Halo Infinite me da sin problema los 72 Hz con 70% de carga de la tarjeta. Se sube a 85°C el núcleo peeero a 30°C de temp ambiente y con un case con ventilación deficiente y solo 2 fan case.
Con más ventiladores casi seguro andará rondando los 70° estables a full, me parece muy buena temperatura.
En el futuro la probaré con un monitor a más frecuencia/resolución y actualizaré.
De momento estoy muy contento con mi compra 😀

Prima esperienza con una scheda AMD dopo anni di Nvidia e devo dire di essere piuttosto deluso. Purtroppo come da titolo pecca in stabilità , fps che oscillano dai 140 ai 70 in un secondo provocando stuttering continuo, le temperature in gioco sono elevatissime, si arriva anche a 98 gradi . Ho provato ad installare diverse versioni dei driver e la situazione non è migliorata.
Non so se il problema fosse in particolare di questa scheda o se tutte quante le XFX rx 6600 xt siano cosi… ma mi son visto costretto ad effettuare il reso.
Ho acquistato successivamente una RTX 3060 e il problema è sparito, escludendo così che fosse un difetto del mio sistema.
Nulla da dire invece sul venditore. Tempi di consegna ottimi, imballo impeccabile ed
é stato anche molto veloce ad emettere il reso.
