[Update 8 August] I received a new bag from the seller and they were very apologetic about the delay. Although the WallyLock snapped on the first bag, defective components are inevitable. There are much worse things in life than something breaking on a suitcase and my experience with their customer service was great.
My wife purchased this for me because I’ve always used a garment case when traveling for business and it was time to retire the worn-out Samsonite I’d used for well over a decade. I travel light, carrying three shirts, two slacks, and sport coat on the hangar. The bag is a good size with adequate zippered compartments, pulls along easily, and fits in any rental car’s trunk. I do not hang the bag with the included hooks as I always lay the bag on a bed to pack or unpack it so I was very disappointed after a couple trips to see that the “Wally Lock” hangar mechanism had snapped off the bag rendering it a folding suitcase rather than a garment bag. I expect wear and tear on the outside of the bag from the handling it’s subjected to by airport baggage handlers, but I don’t expect the inside to take damage. There’s virtually no stress on the mechanism and it’s the last thing I would have expected to fail.

This is a pretty good garment bag but it has a few flaws.
First, when walking with the bag rolling behind me, it hits the back of my heels so I have to shorten my stride or hold it out to the side. This could’ve been solved with a slightly longer handle.
Second, it doesn’t have a shoulder strap, so the only carry option is by the carry handle, which can be tiresome over distances.
Third, the zippers are sturdy but they conflict with each other. When trying to close the bag in half for transport, the inner zippers make it difficult for the outer zippers to go all the way around, but it can be done with some finagling.
Lastly, and this is minor, the name tag holder on the outside isn’t large enough for a standard business card. It does come with a card to write down you’re contact info incase if it being lost, but it would be nice if you could simply slip in your business card.
Other than that it’s a pretty good quality bag for 2-3 night trips.

Loved this! Ordered two – the london fog and another one that looked just the same but a third of the price. WOW what a difference, price does determine. We kept the london fog and it has been traveling through Greece with us over cobblestone streets. Stitching very tight, wheels excellent and TONS of space. My husband is 6’6″ and big clothes and shoes and we fit his items as well as a bunch of mind in. Excellent value for the money!

Sturdy, roomy, plenty of extra pocket space on outside. Holds two pairs of shoes. My first use I had 3 jackets, 3 dress shirts, 2 dress pants, belt, several ties, and 2 pairs of shoes. Rolls smoothly.

I have used it twice plenty of room however the handle is coming through the back of the suitcase and I have only used it 2 times it has plenty of space I have packed a weeks worth of dresses in the bag but I can’t use it no more because the handle is now coming through the back bottom of the bag I love how you can fold the bag over and roll it like a suitcase it is wonderful however it cost too much money to have only used it 2 times and the carrying arm is coming through the bottom back I love the bag but now I can’t use it no more waste of money I guess you get what you pay for only used it 2 time on 2 trips recently

Much nicer and so much more room than I expected. My husband can pack for a week with this bag. His toiletry bag gets zipped in one of the many pockets and everything he needs is in one neatly organized, easy to handle suitcase. When we arrive at our hotel the items on hangers go in the closet and everything else in the dresser. I like his so much I got one for myself!

My husband hates how wrinkled his suit gets when it’s not packed in a garment bag, but his old one was heavy and had no wheels. I got him this one and he loves it. We took it to New York and it held up very well as checked luggage. I can’t imagine how it could be a carry on, except in first class as it’s too big. I also can’t imagine how anyone gets the amount of clothing some say they do into it. We are a normal sized couple. For us it held one suit, three dress shirts, 5 t-shirts, underwear and socks for 4 days, one additional jacket, one pair of jeans, one pair of shoes and one pair of slippers, some personal electronics and toiletries, three large books, and two sweaters. This is easy to organize and looks sharp. If your expectations are sensible this should work well for a one week trip for one person or a long weekend for two.
